UPDATE - Several days later...
Karibaa did finally contact me - usual excuse (back log of emails etc etc), I did point out to them that, reading other reviews, this seems to be their stock-standard reply and quite frankly, it is getting old. The parcel finally arrived - 10 days after placing the order. Would I order from Karibaa again? No way. There is something fishy - just too many things that are not 'right'. So order from Karibaa only if you have strong nerves and a high tolerance for deeply flawed customer communication.

Is it possible to give someone a minus rating?
I'm giving Karibaa 24 hrs. If I hear nothing, I'm going to track them and will be laying a charge of theft.
How many messages does one have to leave? The emails are unanswered, the supposed 'chat' is dead, the phone goes to voicemail, there is not a 'live' human anywhere in the conversation and the 'links' on their website to supposed returns policies etc all lead to 'dead' links - in other words, there is/are none (maybe they never were...)
Quite frankly - the positive reviews could have been generated by any number of bots - the reviews on Facebook and Hello Peter are scary - these things do not happen for no reason.
Please, please do not use Karibaa - whatever is going on here is not great - it gives on-line shopping a BAD name. Let's face it, how many times do they need to sharpen up their comms?

Integrity of directors of the company questionable. I order and paid on the 30 October and was advised delivery within week of 11 November. This is the first that an online South African company take three weeks to deliver in a radious of 30km. Phone not answered always have to leave a message and no return call.(For a n online company with one number?) SCARY

Hi, Noreen responded at first now no means of communication from Karibaa. Endless Calls, email's no response. Ordered goods in June still have not received it, it's October. I paid them immediately when order went thru. What customer care is this. Help
