I want to order something really expensive through this website, but after reading all the reviews just in the month of September 2020, I am thinking that this company is fake and a scam. It is such a pity, because I really wanted to purchase this item.

I’m so dissapointed in this Company so much they don’t even deserve a 1 star, I wish there was a 0 star button , I ordered 2 kojic soap my order number is 000009978 since July it’s been almost 2 months now I’ve tried sending multiple of emails they dont respond they only respond once and talk nonsense say they will look into it but still nothing no communication their numbers don’t go through I’ve asked for a refund since long back till now ,,, and trust me I will go around in all social media and tell people who are innocent who might want to order from this company how poor the service is and how this company is totally a SCAM!! I will spread it that I promise you... You jst lie to people online and eat innocent peoples money , I am so angry and frustrated that money was my last money and I paid for the nonsense kojic soap which I didn’t even get till now .... Can I have a refund !!!!!!

Non existent service...still waiting for a "back office" to check an order....
I ordered a Breadmaker from Karibaa Order 10007on 22 July 2020 and was told it would arrive between 9-17 August. Having not received information about tracking my order I contacted them on their WhatsApp number on 13 August asking when it would be sent and was told it would be dispatched between 9-17 August. I resent a WhatApp on 17 August and had a message "Hi, let me contact our Back Office Team to check what's causing the delay". On 18 August received a message saying "Hi I have forwarded this to our back office team and they will send you an email regarding this, kindly wait for it" . On 22 August I sent another WhatsApp which was never opened asking "Until When I should wait?" I sent an email on 22 August to which came back with: " We apologise this is taking some time. We will be checking on this with our back office etc..." Email Messages from both Reynan and David at Customer Care. What care!

I have paid for a laptop and emailed you proof of payment as requested. I further have been trying to reach you on the phone but is voicemail and something about your business operations is very worrying. After reading every review and comment, I am a little skeptical about this transaction.
Dear Karibaa, please ensure my order is on the way, or I have no option but to escalate this.
After my purchase on your site, I have had multiple issues with my credit card.
I fully believe this business is a scam and is stealing from people.
If you have not sorted my issue in 24hours, you'll be hearing from the Federal Authority and my lawyers.

"I ordered and paid for multivitamins…"
I ordered and paid for multivitamins and chamomile tea from Karibaa since 4th August 2020. There was no acknowledgement of either the placement of order or payment until I contacted them. The person responding to my messages apologised and requested that I sent my email address on 11th August when I again contacted the office. I sent my email address promptly and that was when I was given the date when I should expect my order to be dispatched, and that the tracking number will be sent - over a time period of 8 days (17th-24th August). As at today, 31st August, 2020, I have neither received a tracking number nor my orders. Though I have requested for a refund of my money since 25th August, Karibaa is yet to respond to me. Whoever manages the company's WhatsApp promised to look up what was happening since 27th August, but he/she is yet to get back to me. Can someone please let me know what is happening?

"Very Concern about this order"
I placed my order to the value of almost R900 in 22 July, I've still not received my order even though I got a confirmation email that it would arrive between 8-16 Aug. Tried calling but got voicemail that the messaging service is full and emails doesn’t get returned.The customer mail a-dress comes back as a ' Delivery status failure'.
Very concern about this….Pls Mr. Karibaa, contact me and let me know what is your plan of action
