Online order was done -- paid in full and then they had no stock - now 4 weeks later I STILL DO NOT HAVE A REFUND - NEVER USE THEM AGAIN - they owe me nearly R2000 - I will be laying a criminal charge of freud at the police station by end of week 5 if no refund is made!

I ordered and paid for an ink cartridge on 7 April 2020 and almost 2 months later still no ink. I understand that it is COVID-19 and all BUT give feedback!!!!
I have enquired various times and still have not received proper feedback NOR my ink cartridge.
The phone goes straight to voicemail and no email response. I will NEVER use Karibaa again and will certainly advise anyone against using them. Very bad experience.

I placed an order (and paid) on 28 January 2020. Nearly a month later, I have not received my products and do not seem to be able to contact them. The website always has an error and the phone line advertised is a voice mailbox!
