"10 DAYS AND STILL WAITING! Cannot get hold of customer service!"

Cannot get hold of customer service, placed an order with them and no correspondence received. I ordered a Panasonic Bread maker for over R4000 on the 1st June, it's now the 12th and nothing. Have emailed customer service with no response and have tried to call but you only ever get a badly recorded VM stating please call later.
NOT IMPRESSED and want my money back!

I ordered a product from them, I didnt received any confirmation of order.

I didnt get any email confirmation or order number.

When I tried to contact them the number is constantly off, the mail box is full. I tried to sms, whatapp and emailed and still no response.

This is very concerning from an online shop with so many good reviews.
