"Fraud"

Bought goods in 2020 October. Products not delivered nor a refund and it's end August 2021.

These people are a bunch of thieves! Their web phone number doesnt exist and their published email contact addresses are returned as undeliverable. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. I forwarded my complaint to the CONSUMER COUNCIL who also couldnt contact them and I have now enlisted the CONSUMER OMBUDSMAN to investigate this company with a view to prosecution. DONT TOUCH KARIBAA.

I have placed my order on the 8 June 2021. And later I received an email saying my order is gonna be dispatched on the week of the 15th July I was hopeful because atleast they communicated. Then the week of the 15th July came and went by nothing from Karibaa no email to update me on my order or anything tried to phone their 0843663170 just goes through to voicemail, then 2 days later they replied to my email saying there’re delays on my order and it will be dispatched on the week of the 19th July ,Ok I was pissed that I had to communicate to them first not them notifying me earlier on the delays from their side .Long story short it’s the 31 July 2021 I’m still waiting for my order that I fully paid and I doubt I’ll ever receive it, tried sending them emails no reply. Do not buy from this website, I repeat do not!

This store is a scam. They are trying to sell two products from my brand which were never approved - and also they are entirely out of stock. We don't sell in South Africa and never approved this.

This company are thieves. I placed on order in Dec. 2020, was told in Jan. 2021 that supplies are delayed, I cancelled the order immediately and they have yet to refund R1900.

Help line manned by Milon (cell number) goes straigth to voice mail with out even a ring. No Come back NO INTENTION OF EVER COMING BACK.
Take your money then say they are no longer stocking the product then they ask you to prove you have paid for it, all the while you have received mails from them that goods have been paid

"100% KARIBAA Crooks"

Order no.000018231 was paid on the 22 April 2021 No delivery,No stock and No refund. Wondering how can they operate their business like this. When calling them they will tell you to send order number and banking details but still no money was deposited. I'm truly disappointed.
