So sad to have to write this... BUT.... website advertises stock of a product.. I purchased this product, albeit for only R132.00 pay for it on PAYFAST get email telling me out of stock. Now PAYFAST have my bank details, SO WHY must I give it again to get a refund... Complete incompetent staff... NEVER answer their phone... cannot speak to a PERSON.... NEVER call back after requesting them to do so.... SO VERY VERY SAD....

Out of stock items are only refunded 60-90 days!
Firstly, how do you take funds out of reserve when you don't have the goods?!
Secondly, 60-90 days is unacceptable, you're legit stealing money!
WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK NOW!!!! SEE THAT IT HAPPENS IMMEDIATELY!
Buyers beware! This is a fraudulent company, look at their other reviews. They don't have stock of the products that's on their so-called website. They take your (and other people's) money, hold on to it for 2 or 3 months - that's how they make their money, interest drawn from other people's money.
This is NOT a legit e-commerce website!

Is there no one that can help or assist? This company simply does not respond and gets away with stealing people's money! You can't reach anyone working there. And no one reponds to any messages on any of their platforms!

Waiting 6 months for a product... Company claims they delivered the product already but I have not received anything and now they not replying to their emails. Very frustrating

"Shocking lack of service and non delivery"
I placed an order 4 Sept, was told delivery would be 5 to12 Oct. In Nov. as no info on delivery, I asked for a refund. I gave bank details and was told they would be forwarded to the finance team. Despite several emails with no response and phone line permanently busy, to date (10 Dec.) no refund. I regret ever being taken in by this company.

I ordered a part for my Remington Razor on the 18th of October. When it didn't reach me on the scheduled delivery window I contacted them to find out they couldn't get the product. They offered me a refund some 4 weeks ago. I still haven't received it despite many assuraces I would after almost daily emails. They don’t answer their phone either. I can easily assume that the company is insolvent and no longer trading legaly, whilst they are still accepting payment for orders they have no intentions of fullfilling. This is fraud! 😡
