I paíd one travell by plane and It was very dificult to verifiqued by the company Ryanair.
Your company used one corporate email to reserved the fly.
I had to call your company to know this question.
It will be better that you permited the email from the person who is going to fly.
Disaster.

"Toujours en attente de remboursement…"

Toujours en attente de remboursement suite au covid, plus de 4000€ en attente depuis 2020. Toujours la même réponse. Il attende une réponse de la compagnie. La compagnie ma confirmé depuis longtemps avoir rembourser. Travelform se cache derrière la compagnie mais c'est bien eux qui ne veulent pas rembourser. C'est tout simplement du vole !

"Arnaque"

Arnaque.

Pas d'enregistrement auprès de la compagnie alors qu'ils sont censés le faire. Impossible à joindre malgré un service client soit disant 24h/24.

- The seats I ordered were changes, without me knowing. So I had to pay extra to sit next to my friend (50 euro's)
- The baggage I ordered was not put through to the airline company costing me an extra 320 euro's!!!

You can't contact them either!

If the company could please contact me to get this resolved, I would be very happy.

In the end the switching for the seats 51 euro's and ordering the baggage was 160 euro's. For my friend the luggage was booked, but not for me

I booked travel for my husband through TravelFrom.Fr for an immediate departure ( due to leave 24/05/24 - tomorrow ) funds have been taken from my account yet I have yet to receive a booking confirmation email not allowing to check him into his flight and wondering if he will leave.... If someone has a direct line to the team so I can get on my flight in the morning that would be GREATLY appreciated.

J'ai eu un gros coup de stress en lisant les avis avant mon vol (paris-sydney).
Au final tout s'est très bien passé, à l'aller comme au retour ! Bagages en soute 2x20kg, prix abordables, aucun problème pour ma part. All good !
