Básicamente te venden vuelos que no pueden confirmar, te dicen que ya no quedan a ese precio 3-4 días después de hacer la reserva, y la única solución que te dan es comprarlos más caros y vuelta a empezar, a esperar 2-3 días a la confirmación, donde te puede ocurrir otra vez lo mismo.

Ofertan vuelos q no están disponibles , realizas el pago total de los billetes “750€” en mi caso, te lo cobran ( como mucho me parecería asumible q lo retuvieran) para luego mandarte un mail diciendo que no hay disponibilidad de vuelos y q el dinero “ ha sido desbloqueado” y lo recibirá en 24, luego te dicen q 72h cuando vuelves a reclamar para finalmente reírse en tu cara dando solo soporte teléfonico en inglés y diciéndote que te mandan un documento de pacotilla q acredita la devolución, la cual llevo esperando desde hace 18 días

Me gustó los precios de los vuelos, en la página eran los más baratos, considero que la página es lenta y la conformidad de los vuelos también, pero tengo que decir que a pesar de los comentarios que leí negativos, A mi me han contestado rápidamente y me han reembolsado los vuelos cancelados, por eso estoy contenta pero deberían mejorar la página de Vuelos.

"Almost imposible to get a refund"

I got the ticket, and everything was great. On my return my plane could not land because of strong wind. No problem, I got a car and drove to the next airport and got home.
The big problem was when I asked for refund of the ticket I did not use because the plane could not land.
I contacted Travelfrom.es. They started their check. It went months, no answer. I contact them: They say they could not get information from the airline. They ask me if I could contact the airline. I did, and fast got an answer that I was in my right to have a refund. The airline asked me why I as a customer did this work, since they said this was the work Travelfrom.es should have done. I gave the information to Travelfrom.es. Then Travelfrom.es asked me about a lot of information regarding my account. I gave it to them, and hoped this was the end of it. Some months passed, I wrote many e-mails, got no answer. Today: 06.07.24 I wrote on the chat line: They told me the money would soon be transfered to my account. I asked when is soon? They could not tell me. It is soon 6 months since I contacted Travelfrom.es the first time. I hope this nightmare soon is over, but I will never give up to get my refund.

Pongo 1 estrella porque no se pueden poner 0. Compré 3 billetes, en uno hubo un error en un apellido y estuve llamando DOCENAS de veces y no me daban solución, me decían que lo tenia que solucionar la aerolínia, y los de la aerolínia me decía que debían pedirlo ellos y después de muchas llamadas me dijeron que los de travelfrom ni siquiera habían enviado la petición de cambio de nombre. Finalmente me hi ieron pagar 240€ para cambiar un error en el apellido (el numero de dni estava bien), cuando la aerolinia me habia dicho que costaba 150€, y el vuelo me habia costado 220€. Y encima, en el momento del vuelo me daba error al hacer el check in online. Increiblemente nefastos.
