Tuve que cancelar el vuelo por ir al medico. Pagué 152 euros para cancelar el vuelo. La aerolinea me dió mi credito correspondiente pero no podia hacer de su uso sin ponerme en contacto con Travelfrom. Tuve que esperar varios dias hasta que decidi cancelar todo porque se acercaba la fecha del nuevo vuelo. Se negaron a devolverme mi dinero de vuelta. Luego apareció una nueva reserva OTV1F7 desde la aerolínea estaba confirmada y luego la agencia la canceló.
Ahora me dicen que no me pueden cambiar las fechas!! que tengo que comprar un nuevo vuelo.Sufro de ansiedad y esto no me esta ayudando

Nous avons réservé des billets d’avion pour juin 2021, numéro de réservation 135155273, payé le 10 janvier 2021. Un mois avant de partir, travelfrom nous annulé un des vol sans nous en proposer un autre. Donc nous annulons le voyage et demandons à être remboursé car nous pouvions partir mais pas revenir. Après, maintes et maintes échanges par mail, travelfrom trouve toujours une excuse pour ne pas rembourser. Maintenant, ils ont classé l’affaire en ayant gardé notre argent. Une vrai arnaque.

Their complaints "service" doesn't work... I've sent several emails to all the addresses... NO RESPONSE. Never give your money to this company, they will always keep a part for themselves. I was entitled to a full refund, but they kept several hundred euros...

Awful experience about a chaotic refund request full of inconsistencies.
I cancelled and requested a refund for 2 tickets (1519 euros) not even an hour after purchasing them due to very poor communication. I didn't receive the flight documents on time, and then I saw the very bad comments from this company…

I had to go through an obstacle course in order to assert my right to a full refund, since I requested a refund less than 24 hours after purchasing the tickets.
I had to call American Airlines to confirm this right of GLOBAL REFUND. Something I sent to the assistants in chat...

An initial request for a refund of 847 euros, leaving me no choice but to accept for fear of not being refunded at all, was not at all complete.

An assistant was able to add baggage reimbursement to this refund request, but new additional costs were added to the calculation... "280 euros in additional ticket charges" and "80 euros in baggage charges", the 60 euros in reimbursement costs is the only thing I accept in this operation…

Why are these additional charges not reimbursed, other than to rip people off?

Moreover, you are not respecting your general terms and conditions of sale, which state: "6.4.5. Consequences of cancellation. If you terminate the Booking contract, we undertake to refund all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than - within 14 days of receipt of notice of your decision to terminate these T&Cs. We'll refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, except in cases where you've explicitly agreed to a different payment method. In any case, you don't pay any commission fees for the repayment of these funds."

Please clarify this unfair situation as soon as possible.

I booked and paid for 4 flights from Washington to Albuquerque ... Sadly my sister passed away suddenly and I asked to cancel her and her husbands flights sending a copy of her Irish death certificate ... have received two declined thus far for refunds ... reason that the cert was not valid - yet Delta and Aer Lingus accepted the cert without question- and today I get a copy of flight details confirming only two flights for me and my husband - which means that they cancelled my late sister's and her husband's flights and resell the tickets without issuing a refund - and then ask for a Trustpilot review - astounding poor service ... cannot believe the hassle and us all struggling with grief ... Shame on you

J’ai acheté un billet d’avion le 01/05/2024 et j’ai constaté qu’on m’a prélevé deux fois le pris du billet ( 2x 485€ ), j’ai envoyé des mails pour demander un remboursement et bien sûr je n’ai eu aucune réponse de leur part, je suis vraiment déçue
