"This company is a joke"

This company is a joke. I have booked a charter flight on their website. It took me 5 phone calls and 6 emails to find out if I can add a checked luggage (yes, for 100€ one way!)... About 20 emails later, I have still not received the fare conditions (change, cancel, etc.), nor the name of the tour operator for this charter flight! The level of incompetence of their customer service is something out of this world! NEVER EVER again!
