"Scammers - Never TRAVELFROM. Be aware !!!"

8CKU35RQ - Reservation number.
I have purchased (in September 2022) two airlines tickets from Seoul to Koh Samui for a departure in July 2023.
Travelfrom issued the tickets. In the meantime The airline canceled the flights. Long story short, I am still waiting for the refund - Contacted via mail Travelfrom agency. They alway respond with the same generated reply/ message with no information regarding the refund.
Surprisingly the airlines have done their job by refunding Travelfrom.
The travel agency is not responding to my numerous requests.
See the below information that I have retrieved on my account from Travelfrom. Obviously June 28 2023 at 12:13 reimbursement was done by the airline ?
I have received nothing at all !!!!!!!!

"Arnaque"

Numéro de réservation LA3H42TT faite le 4 août 2023 - de Carthagène à Panama City.
2 Billets à 260 euros annulés car le département de détection des fraudes de la compagnie aérienne Wingo a annulé les billets, n'ayant pas confiance dans l'opérateur Travelfrom.
Aucune communication de la part de Travelfrom pour nous prévenir que nos billets étaient annulés, même quelques heures avant le vol.

Personne ne répond au tchat ni au téléphone pour la demande de remboursement. La compagnie aérienne a pourtant effectué le remboursement à Travelfrom.

Travelfrom, prière d'opérer le remboursement au plus vite.

"PAGAMOS DE MÁS POR UNA MENTIRA"

Tenía un vuelo para 2 personas Alicante-Menorca en el que se supone que no ne incluía ninguna maleta, ni de mano ni de bodega.

Llamé por teléfono para que me incluyeran dos maletas de 10kg y me dijeron que la única opción era una maleta de 20kg y tenía que pagar 203€ (UNA BARBARIDAD).

Aún así los pagué porque necesitábamos maleta y mi sorpresa fue cuando desde las compañías de vuelo me dicen que sí que tenía incluidas dos maletas de mano de 8-10kg cada una.

O sea que ME ESTAFARON haciéndome pagar 203€ por una maleta que no me ha hecho falta porque mi viaje era de 4 días y con la maleta de 10kg he tenido suficiente.

Les he mandado un correo pero no responden, así que espero que leyendo esto se pongan en contacto rápido conmigo y sino tomaré medidas legales.

Bonjour, je viens d’acheter un billet d’avion sur la plate-forme TravelFrom.fr ce matin pour le dimanche 6 août.

J’ai procédé au payement et vous ne m’avez jamais envoyé mon billet d’avion de toute la journée… déçu de votre plate-forme car les prix était attractif, j’espère me tromper à votre sujet…

Est-il possible de convenir à un remboursement s’il vous plaît.

"Ticket issuance taking ages - not in the modern day!"

Edit: everything went well! Tickets were indeed issued and I checked in with extra payment for seats to ensure everything goes well. Flight is in 2 days so fingers crossed :)


#0VYTVVLT Purchased tickets today at 18:06. Info in the T&C states they need up to 2 hours to issue the ticket. Hours later I get an email "We are sorry to inform you that due to certain unforeseen circumstances the issuance of your ticket is being delayed." It's midnight now and no tickets - unbelievable situation as this has never happened with another broker or agency before. Not once. I call the airline, they inform there is still high availability on the flight so a broker shouldn't have any trouble with processing the booking within minutes.
If it takes them this many hours to process a simple booking I am not surprised why people are facing issues, missing seats or surcharges!!!

I still have a glimmer of hope for my tickets and will happily change this review. But for now - very poor service, no phones picked up of customer service, no news on my purchase.

"FALTA COMUNICACION,PERO SI ESTAN PENDIENTES"

Reservé un vuelo el 21/6/23 para el 2/8 . Me reenviaron los detalles del vuelo como pagado y emitido.
Llegando las fechas del vuelo voy a echar un vistazo para realizar el check in online en airswiss y si, hay un numero de referencia, pero pone que no hay billetes de vuelo. Entonces llamo a la compañía aérea me dice que si, hubo una reserva, pero que 10 horas después la agencia la canceló. Llamando solo me dicen que lo han transferido a un manager y parece que todo se queda ahí asique también les escribí por email y al final solucionaron todo casi en el ultimo momento.
Cabria mejorar la comunicación por escrito sobre el proceso que están realizando sino el cliente no tiene constancia y no sabe realmente que ocurre, pero al final todo solucionado.

La peor experiencia con travelfrom y su asesora kristina, que al parecer llame con cualquier número siempre te atiende ella en español, no le puedes llevar la contraria siempre quiere tener la razón y si se enfada no te vuelve a contestar y te tienes que buscar la vida llamando con otra persona para solucionar algún error, expongo mi caso compré dos vuelos hacia Estados Unidos en febrero para viajar el mes de julio compré dos billetes para viajar con mi pareja, travelfrom por un lado me cobro 240€ por la maleta de 23kg un precio abusivo que si vas directamente al aereopuerto la aereolinea te cobra 3 veces menos por otro lado travelfrom dividió los vuelos a mi me puso en una clase y a mi pareja en otra clase más baja aún lo cual nos tocó pagar por asignarles asientos a ella, no pudimos hacer check in online por fallo de travelfrom al rellenar los datos del visado teniendo que solucionarlo en el aereopuerto, al hacer la reserva y registrase en la página se puso todo los nombres completos para obtener el billete cosa que travelfrom uso solo un nombre y apellido y como latino tenemos dos nombres y al viajar la mayoría de veces nos solicitan que se ponga los dos nombres y los dos apellidos en los billetes, cosa que travelfrom teniendo esos datos no los puso, teniendo con ellos un seguro para hacer cambios de nombres o cualquier error, la chica nunca quiso hacer nada por modificar esos datos, el día del viaje en el aereopuerto nos comentan que los billetes se han generado individuales no en conjunto como pareja a ella la pusieron en la clase más baja y a mí en la normal nos tocó pagar por asignarle los asientos a ella tanto en la idea hacia Estados Unidos como a la vuelta a españa tanto en los vuelos grandes como en los vuelos de conexión, un caos de viaje con travelfrom no son para nada profesionales mi consejo,comprar en agencia física o directamente con la aereolinea(n reserva - D748IILU)

Ordered a flight from Barcelona to Helsinki and paid it, however I haven’t received my ticket yet. Less than a day before my flight and if I don't get my ticket, I'll leave bad reviews on all platforms to warn people not to plan their travels in advance with this company.
