"myRobotcenter went into administration…"

The iRobot Support told me that myRobotcenter went into administration. Unfortunately, it seems they do not deal with requests anymore, even though they are still responsible for the warranty.
I purchased a Roomba robot with a 5-year guarantee and I cannot claim a repair. I raised the issue two weeks ago and still no response.
Their website is "under maintenance." That is so frustrating!!

One of the worst company’s going…. Bought a roomba hoover from them paid and had the 5 year guarantee. Now my hover has stopped working after 18months. Trying to speak to anyone is impossible when you submit a ticket the fake person that is apparently dealing with it never gets back to you. Stay well away from this company they are thieving scammers.

"No customer service"

I am having problems with my robot vacuum and inspite of the promise to respond within 24 hours I still have not received a single reply 3 days later. I am unable to reach them through phone and email; only contact channel being an online ticketing service that my dedicated agent Stephanie Huber is supposed to tend to. I am still waiting...

Am 03.12.2022 einen Roborock S7 MaxV bestellt und am 30.01.23 wurde er geliefert. Keine Versandinfo nix.
Wahrscheinlich Glück gehabt das er überhaupt ankam. Unternehmen befindet sich im Konkursverfahren.
Homepage ist Mittlerweile auch Down...
Habe den Saugroboter wahrscheinlich nur erhalten, da ich Ihn über Klarna finanziert habe...

Bestellt nichts von dem Händler. Größte abzocke! Habe vor 2 Monaten Roboter bestellt. Sie haben es immer noch nicht verschickt. Auf die Emails wird nicht geantwortet. Die Hotline funktioniert nicht. Einfach nur Abzocker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Der Liefertermin wird hinaus gezögert, sogar telefonisch, damit es glaubwürdiger ist. So versucht man die 8 Wochen-Frist für einen Lastschriftrückruf zu überbrücken. (Da ich über Amazon Pay gezahlt hatte, konnte ich den Betrag zum Glück von meiner Bank zurück buchen lassen.)

Am Ende antwortet niemand auf Emails und das Telefon ist nicht mehr erreichbar!!!!!!

Empfehlung: Kein Kauf! Direkt Geld zurückbuchen lassen!

Mitte Dez als ich nachfragte, bekam ich bescheid, der Liefertermin verschiebt sich wegen Liferprobleme und Krieg in Ukraine. Die Firma erstattet mir 100.- zurück, wenn ich bis ende Dez 2022 warte, ok. Als ich ende Dez anrufte, hies es 16. Jan 2023. Als ich am 18.01 2023 telefonierte, bekam ich ein Email, mit dem Insolventantragsverfahren. Das machen die ja nicht das erste mal, ist das nicht eine kriminelle organisation?
