J'ai trouvé la livraison super rapide pour un colis venant d'allemagne, en seulement quelques jours j'étais livrée. L'emballage intacte, produit conforme (irobot bravaa 390t)
Bref parfait pour ma part.
J'en ai recommandé un autre pour la peine ! En espérant que ça se passe aussi bien pour celui ci ;-)

Je me suis trompé dans ma commande j'ai joins le service client qui m'a répondu très rapidement et à accepté d'annuler ma commande malgré sa validation. Remboursement reçu le jour même. Site sérieux je n'hésiterai pas à passer commande du bon robot cette fois.

"Scam"

Do not buy from this company it's a scam! bought a device mid November (now February) and it never turned up. I have done all the contacting week after week and eventually had to get Amazon Pay to make them refund the money. They have not contacted me once to let me know what was happening. They don't have the products but take your money and sit on it.

"Good service, minor delay due to stock availibility but all is well."

I ordered a robot vacuum cleaner from them on the night of the 27th of Jan, which arrived (and works) this morning (5th of February). There was a delay in getting shipping information but after contacting them by email they informed me that they had experienced a delay in getting stock from their supplier, but that they would be able to ship the following day. Communication was good thereafter with an email sent out both when stock had arrived the next morning, and when my parcel was picked up by the courier later that day. Parcel tracking info suggested that it took roughly 5 days to reach me. This lines up with the 3 to 5 days stated on their site. All in all good experience and I got a good deal (£150 cheaper than it is listed for on Amazon). I have a feeling some negative reviews stem from legislation changes caused by Brexit and maybe a small customer service department reduced further by Covid. Maybe consider ordering on credit card in case you get into a dispute over a lost shipment but otherwise two thumbs up from me.

"Excellent customer service"

Excellent customer service. I have purchased two products from this company in the last two months. The first product arrived quickly and was exactly as expected. The second was unable to be dispatched due to problems with Covid/Brexit regulations. However, the customer service team were very quick to respond to my queries and always friendly and helpful. I eventually requested the order to be cancelled and a full refund was issued, I did have to request the refund twice, I think it got lost in the system the first time, but the refund was processed the same day the second time I asked for it. I have seen that many other people have said the customer service is bad, but this certainly was not my experience. I will definitely be using this company again.

"No issues for me in UK"

I ordered a new Roborock S5 Max from here on 27th January 2021. It was only after doing this I noticed the bad reviews here I started to think I would never see it! I think the issue is that people mainly come to review site to leaves a bad review so I thought I should be fair and post a positive review. Have to say all went smoothly. I ordered on the 27th Jan and was immediately sent an invoice and a copy of the 5 year guarantee. Later same day I was advised it was being dispatched and collected by the courier (GLS) and was given a tracking number both for GLS in Europe and Parcelforce in the UK. Over the next few days I watched it move from Austria to Germany and on to the UK arriving with me in Scotland mid-day on 1st February, so 5 days as promised. I was worried that port Brexit there might have been delays or worse (as some have stated) some extra charges but that wasn’t the case for me. When I bought it, although the web site was .co.uk I quickly realised the parent company was in Austria and the goods were likely to come from here. This is common practice for companies in Europe to have sub-web sites for each country in their own language. The price was good and there is the added 5 years warranty. I read this before purchase and was aware that it only covers manufacturing defects and so on. I doubt if I’ll ever use it but it’s better than nothing that was offered by other sellers. So for me it’s all been good experience and I love my new Robot!.

"Mühsame Rückerstattung schlechter Support"

Ich musste meinen Defekten Roboter einschicken, der Beginn einer Wochenlangen Odysee.
Da dieser nicht mehr Repariert wird, sollte ich mein Geld zurück erhalten, ich habe damals auf Rechnung gezahlt, mit dem Kundendienst habe ich mich oft unterhalten, Die Sendung ist am 1.1 eingetroffen, auch mit Toleranz von ein paar Tagen ging die Sendung erst ein paar Tage später ein, dann wieder Mail verkehr, Anrufe beim Kundendienst, da hiess es ich soll nach der langen Zeit noch die IBAN angeben am 11.1, was ich gemacht habe.
Dann wieder Länger nichts.
Auf Nachfragen wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, es wurde schon am 12.1 überwiesen, gesehen habe ich davon nichts, auf erneutes Nachfragen, wurde mir dann gesagt, da ich auf Rechnung gezahlt habe, muss ich bei Powerpay die Rücküberweisung anfordern, auf Nachfrage dort, ja Geld eingetroffen, Rückzahlung innert 10 Werktagen !
In keinem Mail auch nur ein Wort, das ich mich da selbst darum kümmern muss.
Vom Kundendienst, gab es bei der Neubestellung auch keine Hilfe, man wurde nur Vertröstet.
Das Geld Stand 30.1, habe ich immer noch nicht erhalten.

Mit dem Neuen Staubsauger bin ich bis jetzt zufrieden, dem Support Nicht !
