I was really worried after ordering my roomba i7 and reading the reviews. Apart from it arriving 3 days late hense the 4 stars. Communication was great and I finally received my hoover. No damage and works fine. I am pleased with the company and how they have handled my delivery/order. (Not had to go through/use the warranty yet so cannot comment on that) Thanks!

Ich habe bei myRobotcenter einen iRobot i7 gekauft und bin vom Service des Unternehmens echt begeistert. Habe Samstags eine Antwort auf meine Frage bekommen, Grundsätzlich sehr guter und ausführlicher Kundenservice, Lieferung ging sehr schnell und gut verpackt und auch sonst war alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Immer wieder gerne!

Terrible company steer well clear. Mower I bought for over £600 was faulty. They have refused to do anything over months of arguing. Good at sales but don’t care after. Get a price from them but buy elsewhere.

Received your reply below. This saga started before December so please don’t make it out that you have tried to fix this. The item is not fit for purpose so I have sent it back to you and you should be aware of that given you sent me a returns label??? This just shows out bad your service is.

und auf dieser finde ich alles um die zukunft bei mir einziehen lassen zu können. Super viel auswahl vom Fenster reinigung systeme über einfach saubere Fußboden bis hin sogar was für den Hund .

Avoid. I ordered a neato robot vacuum just after Christmas. I chased multiple times in January and was told Brexit had caused delay. When I asked them to cancel if they couldn’t deliver within next week they then got over Brexit but the new reason for more delivering was that their delivery carrier GLS had issues. 2 months later no vacuum and I cancelled order. Reordered with another company who delivered within 2 days.

Le Final : le robot est arrivé réparé et très bien emballé celui-ci a été acheté le 11/2018 j’ai fais une demande le 30/12/2020 suite roue bloqué
Première proposition du site après envoie de photos du robot d’acheter la pièce défectueuse et ensuite le site me rembourse ce que j’ai refusé
Finalement quelques jours après prise en charge GLS
Deux semaines après myrobotcenter m’envoie un devis de réparations de 80.78 euros pour non prise en charge de garantie
Après avoir mis mes premiers avis sur trustpilot myrobotcenter m’offre la réparation
Demande de délai de réparations jusqu’à 8 semaines
Après encore un autre avis sur trustpilot myrobotcenter le robot est miraculeusement réparé et envoyé sous un bref délai
Mon expérience : l’achat fut impeccable ainsi que la livraison
Le SAV sous la garantie de 3 ans supplémentaires est compliqué prise en charge aléatoire et longue il faut batailler
J’ai acheté sur ce site le robot pour les 3 ans supplémentaires de garantie mais celle-ci pour ma part a été « très compliqué « 
Je met donc au final 3 étoiles car l’achat /expédition impeccable
SAV garantie 3 ans le robot a été retourné réparé bien emballé mais faut batailler pour la prise en charge c’est pas normal

So habe ich mir das vorgestellt, mein erster Saugroboter und er macht was er soll! Ich war immer sehr skeptisch doch man sollte ja hin und wieder etwas dann doch mal eine Chance geben.

Der Roboter macht einen sehr guten Eindruck und nach erfolgreicher Rücksprache bezüglich ein paar Fragen mit dem Support, erhilt man auch sehr schnelle Hilfe. So stellt man sich das vor. Vielen Dank!
