Leider eine ähnliche Erfahrung mit meiner Bestellung vom 05.05.2021 wie viele hier. Zugesagter Liefertermin 11.05.2021. Nach wiederholter Urgenz wird mir nun der 25.6.2021 genannt. Man verkehrt nur schriftlich, der telefonische Kundenservice ist nicht erreichbar. Ich werde zurücktreten und hoffe, dass ich mein Geld zurück bekomme. Dieser Shop ist nicht zu empfehlen! Update vom 16.06.2021: Die Rückabwicklung hat tadellos funktioniert, ich habe mein Geld zurück bekommen.

After another three weeks of waiting, I still have no replacement parts for a faulty yardforce 280i mower. The product has failed longer than worked. Do not use this company. You are throwing money away if you do.

On reading your reply, i purchased the product from your company so the issue needs to be resolved by your company. You want the profit for being the middle man then you need to supply the service in full.

Still no spare parts have arrived, 10-06-2021, so even though you say you have replied i still do not have a purchase that works. I stand by my comments that the service you provide is terrible and this product is not fit for purpose but you wont refund me!!!! You and Yardforce are both to be avoid.

"Vorsicht! Verkauft B-Ware als Neuware"

Händler verschickt bereits geöffnete Retourenware als Neuware. Rückabwicklung chaotisch und unkoordiniert. Paypal Käuferschutz muss zur Abwicklung verwendet werden. Sehr dubios, Rücksendungsadresse in D, Firmensitz in Österreich, damit versuchte Hinhaltetaktik beim Kunden weil Ware nicht nach Österreich kam. DHL Abliefernachweis liegt jedoch vor. Besser bei Markenanbieter wie Amazon ohne Ärger kaufen.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Unternehmen und rate jeden ab dort zu bestellen. Vor 4 Wochen habe ich einen auf der Seite vorrätigen Poolroboter bestellt. Bisher ist immer noch nichts angekommen. Auf Anfrage im Support gibt es plötzlich liefer Probleme.

Das ist eine Unverschämtheit. Das man vorher nicht informiert wird.

WS600507217 jamais reçu, je demande le suivi de ma commande, envoi DHL puis la poste... et la c est le drame, colis trace comme livre jamais reçu, on me demande a moi de contacter la poste et d interroger mes voisins chose faite: pas de colis mais le site passe son temps a me répondre que c est livré, j'ai demandé un remboursement, il ne s agit pas d une petite somme, je trouve leur façon d agir honteuse

Der Schlechtester Kundenservice , den ich je erlebt habe. Am 26.04 habe ich den Saugrobotor zurückgeschickt noch original Verpackt und nicht gebraucht. Am 29.04 haben die es erhalten laut tracking. DHl label hat myrobotcenter zugeschickt. Bis heute kam immernoch keine Rückerstattung s
Trotz mehrfacher Emails. Telefonisch sind die nicht erreichbar, genauso wenig antworten die Auf Emails.

Hier hilfr nur der Weg zum Anwalt und meldung beim Verbraucherschutz.

Würde die Finger weglassen von dem Unternehmen.

Shocking customer service! On 28th April I returned a robot vacuum cleaner with a pre paid label sent by this company who had authorised the return. The goods arrived in Germany on 3rd May, signed for however the depot was in Austria. It is now 14th May and they are telling me they have not received it and will not issue a refund. I would advise anyone in the UK buying a product from them not to bother as the company cannot be trusted.
