All they care about is the amount they deduct from the payment made to them. DONT SIGN UP FOR PAYSTACK. Use flutterwave or DPO instead. Paystack company is a fraud company. SCAM ALERT BEWARE

"My payouts were blocked for no reason"

I set up an account on Paystack - after being asked to by a business I work with. I had to post all company documentation as well as personal ID. I was nervous doing this. We tried one payment and it took days for it to succeed. After it finally succeeded, I waited the normal 48 hours to receive the payment. However, I never got it. Paystack said my business profile had no website or description (it had both) and so they had blocked all pending payouts. I have not received my funds. I think it may be a scam. You can only access Customer Service via email and I've had generic 'we're working on it' responses so far. So frustrating.

I recently paid 200 NGN for INKSNATION BVN VERIFICATION,but INKSNATION brought up another way to pay.
I wrote to paystack for refund.The good thing is that paystack typically replies within 24 - 48 hours.
They raised a support ticket for my refund and a reference number with which I should contact my bank to verify that the money had been deposited to my bank.
I was also told that if the money is not refunded to me by the 11th of December, that I should reach out to them for further action to enable me to get my refund.
I'm satisfied with doing transactions with paystack;
