"Feels like I got scammed"

Feels like I got scammed, my tracking says my order is coming from Canada and I don’t live in Canada and they are based in the US I’ve emailed and called so many times the phone goes right to an automated message and hangs up and no one has ever answered my emails so I give it one more try and call finally someone answers the phone and they say they gave me the wrong tracking number and someone will get back to me in 24 hours and that’s it hung up the phone worst experience ever spent almost $600 to get crappy customer service and no e bike

"Awful customer service "

We bought the scooter for our son's birthday in February. Three weeks later it stopped working. Countless emails and phone calls and videos later they sent us a replacement part they deemed to be the solution. No instructions on how to replace just a piece in a bag. That was not in fact the problem and three months later his gift still does not work. Not they are closed for some holiday I'm. Not aware of for the next 4 days. Awful customer service.

Isinwheel is a great company and my GT2 scooter has been great! It’s also a great bang for my buck! Even if I have issues, they have been quick to respond and help me out! Highly recommend their products!!!

Im Dezember 2023 wurde ein Roller gekauft, nach zwei Monaten der erste Defekt. Weitere Probleme folgten. Einmal habe ich den Roller sogar zurückgeschickt, er kam defekt wieder zurück. Jetzt möchte ich ihn zurückschicken und das Geld zurück - nach nunmehr 4 Monaten. Es wird abgelehnt!! Bitte nicht dort kaufen!! Man findet kein Impressum!! Kundenservice in Fernost, nur nachts erreichbar (UTC Zeit!!) Ich probiere es jetzt über meinen Anwalt

"Isinwheel GT2 Speed Issue "

Ran into an issue with my scooter only going 15.5 mph. Contacted support and they responded quickly. They told me what to do and gave me the reason why my speed was slow and not the recommended top speed. I done exactly what support told me and wow it work perfectly. Thanks Isinwheel support. I’m one happy customer.

"Fiancé & I ordered 2 scooters."

Fiancé & I ordered 2 scooters.
Not even 2 weeks later they all go on sale for 50% (whatever we jumped the gun and overpaid) Mine came 3 days late & hers a week late (no biggie)
Upon arrival her back fender was bent & rubbing the back wheel.
Cool whatever we’ll buy one. None on the site. Reach out to support. Apparently they are all out of the s10 plus fender & assures me that Its no issue.

About a week in my GT2 starts making a popping sound whenever I touch the charger to it (not plugged in even)
They assure me it’s normal

They ask me “to just try it out for a few days”
By then I’m almost at my 30 day mark and they offer me a $20 refund
I accept because we are just so fed up by this point.
Long story short, scooters run great overall.. but the company is rude

"S9 500 max maiden ride"

Very stable and comfortable ride. Easy to fold and unfold with a weight that is relatively easy to handle for loading and unloading from my vehicule.

The board is absolutely amazing and is very impressive. Recently one of the motors broke on my board and when i talked to a representative they wasted no time getting back to me and shipping out a new motor for FREE. The support and the product is absolutely amazing. The entire company deserves 5 stars and nothing less.

I love my raptor pro but unfortunately I had to send it back due to damage on arrival. Everything on it is prefect, talk to customer support and they r currently working on getting my replacement, I’m patient just ready to ride again knowing I ant gotta worry about lights. Customer support been extremely helpful
