Very and delivered as promised box and papers / box very musky damp smell inside and out ie been stored in loft or some where with mould / I sealed in plastic bag with lavender draw liner paper and a week later musky smell gone , I look forward to purchasing another watch just saving up for a Daytona next time .

"Poor communication & service"

I thoroughly researched & finally decided to purchase my new watch through CW Sellors online store.
Initial response to my query was friendly & efficient.. Plus a bit of discount was also applied which I was grateful for.
Delivery was quoted as a couple of weeks shipping to Sellors direct from the manufacturer "box fresh"
Anyway weeks turned into months with myself chasing up the order everytime. This is where I feel the customer service has been lacking.. I was informed there were shipping issues from the manufacturer which I do appreciate isn't Sellors fault. At no point however did they email me first even to say: "look we know you're waiting & we're on it". At one point they offered me a list of alternatives.. But as mentioned this was a well researched purchase.
After coming up to 6 months I asked a series of questions - is the peice in production? If so why can't it be shipped direct to me? Months & month of distribution problems was seeming a little far fetched at this point. I was also now seriously considering a refund.
Sellors replied to say all watches from abroad are checked by their staff & then forwarded on to avoid any potential issues & the peice would be arriving to them within the next two weeks.
I then receive an order shipment confirmation email & the watch arrives the next day without a hiccup. I love the peice & it was worth the wait.. However it has arrived with the wrong strap option.. After being supposedly checked & then dispatched by Sellors staff. Disappointing.. However both strap options are same price and it is nice so I've decided I can't be bothered dragging this out any more & I'll keep what they've sent despite the strap not being what I chose or ordered.

CW Sellors you need to do better!!!
I'd personally seriously consider buying elsewhere in the future over using Sellors again.

"If you can buy a watch elsewhere, do. "

If giving this company less than one star was an option I would. I ordered a watch in August. They took my money straight away. A month later the watch still hadn’t arrived. I contacted the company and, after two emails, the response I got was that the watch was on the way to them and they should have an expected delivery date soon. Another week goes by, still no update and still no watch. I contacted them again and was told that “I can see that at the time of your order we did not have this item in stock and that is why the delivery date is labelled: Call us”. Now, a week before they’d told me it was on the way and now an email saying this. Why sell a watch if you don’t have it to sell? At this point I start looking elsewhere and see on every other website the watch is marked as sold out. At the start of October I request another update and was told that they would expedite my order. Another week goes by and no watch. So, I requested a refund. I was told that this would be processed and I would be refunded within ten working days. It’s been ten working days, and I still haven’t had a refund. Why sell a watch and take payment when you don’t have it? Why not mark it as out of stock?!! Why not say expected delivery date is four to five months?!! And why do o have to continuously chase you to get my money back for a product that you didn’t provide. My husband loves watches and this was an expensive watch. I wouldn’t ever buy from your company again, or your sister company Jura, and would reccomend other customers to look elsewhere. What a completely rubbish customer experience.

"Awful service from ordering to…"

Awful service from ordering to ridiculous customer service to non delivery to further awful customer service.
Item wasn't in stock yet I was promised on the phone that it was and charged for a next day delivery. When it didnt arrive probably a dozen calls and emails followed. Non of which were satisfactory and I was even told I shouldn't have ordered a mew item from another shop. This is a tinpot company and noone knows what they're doing.

"Guter Händler"

Die Lieferung der Uhr hat sehr lange gedauert, was aber der Lieferfähigkeit der Uhr geschuldet war. Zwischenzeitlich hat der Händler alternative Uhren zu schnelleren Verkauf angeboten, was ich gut finde. Der Händler hat auf Anfragen schnell und freundlich reagiert. Hier würde ich wieder kaufen.
