Bought a Hamilton Khaki Field King 40mm w/stainless steel bracelet from them (New). Ordered midnight Thursday night/Friday morning. Received the watch before 10am Saturday. Absolutely thrilled with the watch.
Based on other (1 star) Trustpilot reviews - I called them Friday to confirm watch was in-stock, which they said it was: it was being adjusted to my wrist size (specified during order process). They said it would be here Saturday. Everything they said was correct.
So - overall - they absolutely smashed this purchase and I am compelled to say 5 stars thoroughly earnt. Well done and thank you! I will definitely consider using you again.

I ordered a pre-release Tissot Carbon PRX watch that was due for imminent release on the 23/9 - I had already added myself to the mailing list at Tissot for notification of availability and this came through on the 25th. As I had pre-ordered from Sellors, I dropped them an email that Tissot have said these are now available and do they know when I will receive the item. I was informed that it was on a pallet coming from Switzerland and they would be back in touch. I chased again on 7/10 and they emailed back to say I had been misinformed and it wasn't actually on the pallet, but it was still on pre-order. Strange as these are now released. I popped myself back onto the Tissot web site for stock reminder, which dropped again on 11/10 - at this point I ordered it from Tissot as Sellors had still not given me any more positive news. My watch arrived within 2 days from Tissot so I asked for a refund (I paid via PAYPAL) - was told refunds take 10 working days to come through, unsure why? I have chased again a few more times this week and just keep getting told to wait up to 10 days. Looking at other reviews, this is unlikely to happen. My paypal account shows no signs of a pending seller refund so have raised a case with PAYPAL as it looks like they are basically stalling for time. If a seller asks for a refund and the goods aren't even in the country, yet alone shipped.....just refund promptly, and there would be no need for these negative reviews. Pre-sale all emails are answered promptly, post cancellation, most emails get ignored. Says a lot about this companies ethics.
EDIT: Refund finally obtained on the 1st November, after raising a PAYPAL 'goods not received case' that surprisingly Sellors also did not respond to.
