A bit disappointed with the online with misleading information. Some items you buy you receive a free gift unfortunately this was not explained how you get it.

Cost not reflected in the quality of earrings sent. Stone colour on the website photo not the same as received.
Slower than promised delivery too.
Lesson learnt, jewellery needs to be seen not bought online.

I was sent the wrong item, it was awful. I had to send it back bt recorded post but did get a refund and postage refund. Has put me off buying online again.

I recently had a silver and pearl necklace cleaned by Sellors. I was delighted with the result- it looks like a new necklace. It did take 6 weeks but it was worth the wait overall. Thank you to Holly who served me when I picked up the necklace.
