I bought a new G-Shock Forgotten Future from this company and when the box arrived and I got it in the house I found that it contained no watch but full of all the documentation. The package had been opened from the bottom and re-taped messily, whereas the top only had one layer of packaging tape. I immediately contacted sellers who responded that they would take up an investigation. The shippers, DPD, according to Sellors had taken the watch, and this was not the first time that this had happened. They provided me with pictures of the watch being packaged at CW Sellors. I then heard nothing from them so two weeks after the event emailed them asking what they were doing about this. In response to my email they suddenly said I had the responsibility to go to the police about the contracted delivery agent that they had hired. I argue that since they were the holders of the contract between delivery company and themselves that they had this responsibility. They then started to claim that I was the one who had taken the watch out, and there was no proof that I hadn't. This was at the same time that I bought a £200 Sinn watch bracelet from them, which arrived intact on the same day. They did not think to tell me to report this theft to the police, but only responded with this after I complained that there had been no action on the matter. I would have gone on happily thinking that they were dealing with the problem when they were not. Basically the where buying anything from this watch dealer.
In your response to your reply, can you answer me then why are you said, "how do I know you didn't open the box.".

"Prolonged delivery "
I was told the watch I was interested in was going to come straight from the manufacturer and it normally takes 3-5 days , so I ordered it 5 days later I asked where it was was told 5-7 when this time passed I was told another 5-7 days all in all it took a month. I purchased my watch from these as they had a good review but then found out after they have 2 trust pilots accounts check both then make your choice. I won’t be using them again.

I placed a order for a Garmin watch was not in stock (not clear on the web site) and it took a month before became in stock.
I had to chase up the order weekly before it became clear that they were in stock. No comunication about the stock issue.
When in stock the coms and delivery was very smooth.
