Seen some bad reviews on here but I can’t complain about Flysharp during the Pandemic at all. Every time I have rang the customer line I have got through immediately and the staff have been polite, courteous and professional. They have chased Virgin Atlantic who have been slow at processing and accurately informed me throughout. Today I have received a full refund back to my credit card. Good experience during difficult times, can’t fault the service received and would use Flysharp again without hesitation.

Great service. I was particularly impressed with the waiver of fees to support their customers through the effects of the pandemic. With their help - I am happy to have received a full refund for a holiday that never happened. I would definitely book with them again

Sorted out my refund for business class flights worth well over £3500. Handles everything professionally and prompt replies. Only issue was the airline itself on dealing with refunds !

Poor service. Booked my holiday to go South Korea via Flysharp and Finnair changed my flight which meant I wouldn’t be able to get the connecting flights home. They confirmed I am able to get a refund and Flysharp have apparently sent off an application in May this year. My sister had received her refund with a different agency today and only submitted her claim a few weeks ago yet mine had been submitted since May 29th. Claim now raised with my credit card provider. Flysharp’s customer service is awful and I will not be using them again nor will I recommend them.
Update - Flysharp tried to get my review removed of Trustpilot because they don’t think I’ve had a genuine buying experience. Awful customer experience as a whole, still no refund provided and it’s been months. Do not use.

"First Class Service"
I booked a flight to Vancouver with Flysharp prior to the Covid lockdown, this process was very easy and without issues and, a very good price. Sadly my flight was cancelled and Flysharp communicated the situation and advised me a refund of the full fare was due and would be paid within 7 - 10 days. Fully expecting a long delay in the receiving the refund, I was pleased to find it was fully paid within 5 days. The Flysharp staff were very professional and courteous throughout all dealings and I would have no hesitation in recommending this organisation.

"Phone manner not the best but you did get answers"
I had to phone about 3 times to check on my flight going to a country that we could not travel to. I would not say they are the friendliest on the phone, just matter of fact, but I did receive a full refund as my flight was cancelled in a timely manner.
