"Refund received"

I have today received my full refund for Virgin Atlantic flights from Flysharp. Has taken around 10 weeks which I am happy with compared to my 130 days with Virgin Holidays.
Their communications have been very good and I’ve always received a quick response.
I would definitely consider booking flights with them again.

"Brilliant, stress free and helpful team!"

Flysharp have been brilliant at helping me book my trip but also getting a refund due to covid. Everytime I called I spoke to a friendly member of the team and communication has been excellent throughout. I will not hesitate to rebook my trip through flysharp. Many thanks again!

"Flight to Australia changed twice then…e"

Flight to Australia changed twice then eventually cancelled. Fly Sharp kept us up to date on all problems then refunded the costs within the fourteen days as they promised . I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and will use them again when I rebook my wife’s

"Refund Nightmare"

I booked two flights to New Zealand with Emirates via Flysharp because their prices were the cheapest but due to Covid 19 our return flights were cancelled by Emirates. A month later flights with Emirates were still not available so we had to pay £800 each to fly home on a repatriation flight arranged by the British Embassy in Wellington. We applied to Flysharp for a refund of £766 being the cost of the return flights which were cancelled, but after many emails and much frustration received only £340. On the other hand we booked our extra legroom seats direct with Emirates and received an almost instant refund for the full amount. Next time I will book our flights direct with whichever airline we decide to fly with and avoid Flysharp like the plague.

Lack of communication or support. Made it difficult to obtain the refund. Held onto the funds longer than was appropriate.

"They made is so straightforward…"

They made is so straightforward to claim my money back after my flight was cancelled due to COVID-19. No messing around, just sorted it out. Was very impressed with that. Haven't actually flown with them yet.
