I had my flight cancelled during the COVID outbreak. The company, although understandably reluctant during the initial times, later was really helpful in getting my refund from the airline. Good communication even during the beginning of lockdown, efficient service.

"Great on low prices but terrible customer service when something goes wrong"
Fly Sharp is great for low prices on airfare but pretty useless when something goes wrong. The Corona Virus outbreak proved that. Some of this is not unique to Fly Sharp but they willingly admitted that they were breaking the law on refunds by refusing to do so when flights were cancelled due to COVID-19 which I find totally inexcusable. They do their best to hide behind T&C's and blame everyone else so no more doing business with them from me.

Due to the pandemic, my flight was cancelled. My airline had posted that they are giving refunds to customers. Since I had booked through FlySharp which meant that in order to get my refund I would have to go through them. I spoke to many agents over the telephone and email, over a period of 4 months (after my departure date). No one was able to give me a clear, concise, or relevant information about what the process was for obtaining my refund. They kept pressuring me to take the voucher, when I called my airline, they said that they are offering refunds, and my travel agent should be able to arrange that. It's a rough time for everyone, and we're all facing challenges during the lock-down period. However, there was no compassion, patients or respect in the way they interacted with me. On the telephone the agents were rude, speaking over me, answering my question in 'sales jargon' which confused me. I then had to resort to emailing them. I would get very little engagement back, I would send the email out to anyone within the FlySharp and SouthHall Travel (since they were from the same company). They emails would not answer my questions, or offer any information about what is happen to my money, any processes.
I then got fed up after 4 months, and contacted my travel insurers. After another month and half, FlySharp refunded me, it took almost 5 months to get my refund back. There are certain thing I'm tolerant towards, however this was unacceptable. I will never recommend anyone to use FlySharp / SouthHall Travel, every single agent seemed to care more about themselves than about the customer and the situation they're in. I hope that others don't have similar experience, wouldn't want that for anyone.

I did get my refund back and that shows a good reputation of the company.and can recommend it to my friends

Fly Sharp is really supportive and efficient during the pandemic, even try to get in touch by email suggested that I can have a full refund without any administrative charge. It was quick without chasing the refund.
I had a bad experience with another online travel agent lxxt mxxxxe, this lxxt mxxxxe took so many times to get my refund, even I contacted the airline and it told me they fully refunded to the agent, it took nearly 5 months to sort out.
I really impressed with FlySharp. Definitely will recommend using Fly Sharp to everyone. :)
