"Excellent action towards the refund process"
It is difficult times for everyone no doubt and FlySharp were very supportive and seemed to understand customer expectations. My flight to MAA via GulfAir was cancelled by the Airline. FlySharp managed to get my refund in full without charging any administration fee. This was in complete contrast to mytrip.com charging an admin fee of £40+ GBP and also justifying their actions for exactly the same flight for one other ticket purchased for the family. I will definitely use FlySharp in the future. Thanks for being not 'greedy'. Please continue to maintain such valued customer relations in the future. Wishing you all the best and I will be very happy to do business with you and also recommend friends and family. The COVID19 pandemic has certainly highlighted the best and worst in society.

Unfortunately Covid-19 meant my return flights to Nairobi were cancelled. The person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. As advised I emailed to request a refund & received a prompt informative reply. My refund was paid in full within the time I had been advised. I had never heard of this company & in fact phoned to verify they were legitimate. I have no hesitation in recommending Fly Sharp.

absolutely superb. flight booked through flysharp was cancelled by the airline westjet. flysharp were proactive and contacted me as soon as the flight was cancelled and told me that I was entitled to vouchers or a refund. I opted for the latter and the refund was made to my credit card within 3 days. such outstanding service encourages loyalty and myself and my family will use flysharp again as a result of this
if only other agencies were as proactive, prompt and efficient as flysharp!

Flysharp is still claiming after several phone calls and emails that they have not received my refund when one of their colleague and swiss airlines has told me that my refund has been released.This travel agency is not trustworthy and should be reported to ABTA.Still waiting a call from manager.

My calls were answered within 20 seconds. The staff at Fly Sharp were always very polite and very helpful. I was always kept up to date with the progress of my travel arrangements, and when covid-19 cancelled my flight a refund was given. Fly Sharp informed me of the refund process and that it would take a few weeks to get my refund for me. Everything went to plan thanks to the hard work by the staff at Fly-Sharp in spite of the massive work load that they were put under. A very big THANK YOU to you all at Fly Sharp!!

Very bad customer service. Never replied to my emails and they only replied when we called them chasing this up. Call handlers are very rude and unprofessional. Flights were cancelled and were unable to give a proper refund. They robbed me.
