Awful customer service. I've been waiting on a refund for months. Every time I ask where it is up to, they say "just wait 2-3 weeks" and give no further detail or information about what is happening with the refund.

Avoid FlySharp.

I was due to fly to Canada but unfortunately my holiday was cancelled due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. Thanks to the hard working staff of Fly Sharp I was kept informed and up to date with my rights and given a full refund. I will be using this company again as I found their staff to be quite approachable, understanding and very concious of my plight. I would have given them 10 stars if I could! Fantastic service even if I didnt get to go where I wanted to!

I booked flights with Malaysian Airlines which were cancelled due to CV19. Fly Sharp dealt with the refund process and processed my full refund with minimal input from me. I would definitely use Fly Sharp again.

Despite being told no admin fees would be charged, my flight refund had £40 deducted from it. But they probably need it more than myself so am not disputing it. Good luck to them.

They wouldn't refund my flight when the pandemic hit, even though it said they would in the contract. Only once I told them my bank was on to them did they refund the money. Swines.
