"I had never booked with Flysharp before…"

I had never booked with Flysharp before and had to cancel my flights due to Covid restrictions. I had no problem contacting Flysharp Customer Services and received my refund within 2 weeks, unlike another flight Company I had booked another trip with.
Flysharp were very professional and easy to deal with. I would certainly book with this Company again in the future.

i booked a ticket to thailand on 15.2 2020 to fly out 6.4.2020 the flight was cancelled by the airline KLM i have requested a refund 3 times through Fly Sharp they just fobbed me off saying its the airlines responsibility not theres i paid fly sharp not KLM

Wrote a review explaining how terrible the service was and FlySharp has made TrustPilot remove it. Where was this level of response when trying to deal with them directly? Or this reaction time when they failed to mention that our return flights had been cancelled?
This company clearly spends more effort in removing bad reviews than actual agent work.

I didn't buy flights through the airline, I bought flights through flysharp so expect a refund from flysharp and not the airline.

"Worst experience ever! Save yourself the trouble of experiencing FlySharp."

Awful, awful service. The whole experience with Fly Sharp has made us never want to book anything through a third party ever again. Our flights got cancelled in March whilst in Malaysia due to the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak and a national lockdown. To start, getting actual confirmation about the flight cancellation was tough, we had to explain to them that they wouldn’t be able to enter the country. Which in itself was a stressful experience. We then bought emergency flights to get home back to the UK as we were ensured that our insurance would cover it. However, little did we know that 9 months later would this still be an issue. We have been told by our insurance that we cannot claim without a full refund of the unused section of the flights, however flysharp keep spouting none sense of “it out of our control, we are waiting on the airline”. EVERY (15 now) call they say it will be around 3 weeks. It’s been 9 months. They also informed us that Turkish Airlines are picking the refunds at random, which is WILD, but also that they’re just a sitting duck. So to have actually booked with Fly Sharp has made literally no difference our experience flying. You can’t get a refund because “it’s not their money”, you can’t contact the airline because the fare was booked through FlySharp, you can’t get the customer service to actually make a difference because at the end of the day it’s not their £1500 and they don’t care so other than paying through them, you’ll achieving nothing because even that payment isn’t protected!!! All you have to do it wait for the day that your lucky bingo number gets pulled out of a hat of hundreds of thousands!

I cannot stress enough the importance of staying away from Fly Sharp. They are totally useless and have built a business on not just being a middle man, but one that in the face of adversary, will do nothing. I can also guarantee that if there is a response, it will that they have no choice and they are awaiting on the airline, blah blah blah. Just don’t bother.

Booked for march and got cancelled since that I been ringing for replacement tickets or refund every time they said you will get refund next week and customer service was very poor they talk really bad got no manners for customers.
I will Never ever Book or trust them.
