"Successful cancellation refund in less than a week"
Due to Covid19 our flight to South Africa was cancelled. We were at the time stranded abroad and it was very difficult to contact Flysharp from abroad. Once back in the UK however and after only one phone call the full amount of our tickets was refunded and back in our credit card account within a week. Happy customer that would definitely use the company again if their price compares favourably at the time. Thanks for the prompt repayment.

I bought my tickets from this company traveled from Manchester to islambad one way in March 2weeks later they cancelled my tickets due to COVID-19 lockdown did not arrange any alternative tickets or any information so I book an other tickets and flew back to uk contacted them for refund I have had been told it will take 12 weeks to refund now nearly 6 months despite my emails no refund every time I try to contact them no answer on phone
Please don’t buy tickets from this company they are simply scamming people and I wish I could give this company 0 star rating if there’s available stay away from them

I asked them to change travel date and they hold my call again and again for an hour and i was expecting that they will give good but they replied with sorry we can’t manage it because its not flexible with our fare. I spoken with gulf airline and they said yes you can change dates on my tickets and they checked in their system and the seats are also availble.Worst service i ever had and i would never ever book my tickets again with Flysharp. They lie they are rude. They were giving me option for 1000£ additional charges. Just for my travel date and the return date was same i didn’t wanted to change.

One of the leg of My flight cancelled on 21-Oct-2020 which I am due to fly on 31/12/2020 from Bahrain to London,spoke 3 times to sharp first Response airline will inform sharp within 72 hours as in there system flight is still booked.
I waited and call again Picked Up By someone xxx 26/Oct/2020 he said he raise the enquiry and you will be rebooked the same flight.
He call me back after 2 minutes that it would take two days.I told him to send me an email whatever he is explaining me so I have the proof.
He never send me email.
Today at 31/Oct/2020 I called again and That person again told me that he is going to send an email to back office or concern department for ticket re issue ,mean 4 days nothing happen ,now I been told I must wait till evening he will resolve this.
Dear Fly Sharp if I don’t get a response within reasonable time you will be dealt legally.

The staff are very helpful, I had to make several cancellations and although there was a additional cost they made the actions as smooth as possible.
I have used them for over three years with no issues.

My flight got cancelled and took Fly Sharp over 6 MONTHS to refund me my money. I was calling every week and no help or manager to pick up the phone!
Very disappointed with their service as cost me lots of stress and anxiety.

I paid fly sharp the money not the airline so you should refund me my money not the airline as it's your problem with the airline!
Many agencies refunded thire customers straight away within a week!

I hope i am not the only one going through this nightmare.
I have been chasing flysharp for past 6 months to get a refund for my cancelled flight. the common response is that the Carrier hasn't refunded yet so please call back in three weeks. 6 months of waiting and still the same words.
