The company was prompt and efficient in confirming my booking. In response to the Coronavirus pandemic, the company dealt with the cancellation of my flight and the refund process very efficiently; they kept in regular touch and were always helpful and polite.

"NO CALL BACK.6 Months still waiting"

UPDATE.. 27/10/20. Called today by Duty Manger having seen my review. Stated that they will issue a FULL REFUND in the next 10 days ..
Will Keep you informed if it arrives or just being Fobbed off again.


Have been waiting nearly 6 months for a refund...Keep being fobbed off with lies.
Promised a call back from duty manager.Again true to form.. No Call.

"No refund yet even tho was promised over few months ago"

I have booked a flight for my mother to Bangladesh in March and a return back in April with Turkish Airline via FlySharp, my mother flew out and unfortunately the return flight got cancelled so my mother was stuck abroad. Spoke to the customer service team and they said there nothing can be done at the time due to no airline flying in or out. I had to book an emergency flight back after seeing nothing was changing. We spoke to FlySharp as soon as we saw the return flight cancelled to see what can be done. They said they will be refunding the partially used ticket within 4 weeks. After 4 weeks nothing was refunded and we gave them benefit of the doubt due to Covid that it may take a bit longer. We called back and they said it’s in the process of being refunded so will take between 1-2 weeks, they somehow changed it saying it can take up to 8 weeks now. We called Turkish airline to ask if they knew anything about it and they have said the agency should’ve refunded it by now. We called back FlySharp and they said they have requested for the refund and will be between £300/400 and it should be very soon that we will get our money back and even gave us a refund application number. However still no money have been refunded.

"I received full refund of £1065.04"

I received full refund of £1065.04 (for two tickets to CPT).. tickets were booked in Feb 2020, we were due to be fly out on 31/10/20, however our flight was cancelled by the airline due to coronavirus. So I contacted Flysharp on 05/10/2020. The refund process was started immediately (05/10/20) and my full refund was completed on 17/10/2020... It was an easy process and I will certainly use Flysharp again.

"Voucher/ refund no problem"

Due to Covid, Flysharp offered me a refund or credit voucher for my flights. I accepted the credit voucher but when I realised I wouldn’t be using the £600 worth of flights I requested a refund and it was processed within a few days

"Flysharp have bad service, are liars and thieves."

I had a return flight booked UK-Ottawa in April. Then I was told I can only get a credit note. I’ve since taken legal advice and been told that if I want a refund then a refund should be issued. Flysharp have told me that it’s not possible to give me a refund after a credit note has been issued. Denying me my refund is illegal. This company are liars and thieves.
I’ve since become redundant due to the pandemic and I’m still denied my refund.

"Booking was straight forward."

Booking was straight forward. When my flight was cancelled in March (lockdown), I was rung and felt pressured into moving to a new date and was advised I’d be unlikely to get my money back.
When flights were cancelled a second time (Oct), they were very helpful and efficient and sorted a full refund from Virgin.

"completely disgusted with flysharp…"

completely disgusted with flysharp service. It took LOADS of phone calls and emails to get my once in a life time flight confirmed as not happening and I would get a credit note. Now I would like that credit note as an actual refund! Not an unreasonable request with everything that is going on in 2020, and uncertainty of when we'll be able to actually go on this trip. Emailed requesting this refund. Told to phone ... been on hold for over 15mins so far (and still going) waiting for someone "to look into if I'm allowed my money back"

My flight to Australia was heading out of Heathrow 15th March, same day they announced quarantine for new arrivals, therefore didn’t fly
Fair play to fly sharp, I couldn’t get in touch with them at first but they contacted me recently with a full refund
