My booking has been cancelled by Vayama unilaterally the 14th of March 2023. Today we are the 17th of June 2023 and despite my numerous emails, I still have not been refunded. I sized jurists from the European Consumer Centres Network as this company does not respect my legal rights to be refunded of the booking they cancelled themselves. I advise all the others clients in the same situation to also size the European Consumer Centre of their country to make sure this does not happen to others. If nothing is done, I will get this to the court with the help of the center.

Keine Hotline werden zurverfügung gestellt, kund Service schreibt kaum zurück, Flug sollte geändert werden, wurde einfach ohne Zustimmung storniert, Geld wurde einbehalten! Derzeit beim Anwalt! Überhaupt nichts zu empfehlen, großen Bogen machen um dieses unternehmen

Vayama is a Scam, Same experience as some raised.

International flight got cancelled because of COVID. Vayama has been making excuses for about 3 years for my ticket and my family members tickets refunds. Lately they say they are trying to wire the refund but they get errors on our end and kept asking to send them alternative banks account. When contacted the bank the bank requested to ask Vayama to provide a telex confirmation copy of the transfer attempt. Vayama stopped crossponding to my follow up emails. My big learning after years of communication and my family members patient Vayama is a Scam.

Malisima agencia aun no me resuelven un cobro de targeta que según salio mal, nunca responden su línea de atención, son fraude mucho cuidado.

Vayama es una plataforma para robarte. Una vez haces la compra, te debitan el dinero, nunca te llega confirmación de tiquetes y pasado poco tiempo te cancelan el vuelo con excusa de que es la aerolínea, te dicen que regresaran tu dinero, pero es una pelea con ellos porque no tiene la mas mínima intención de hacerlo, no hay forma de comunicarse con ellos directamente, solo te responden correos con excusas .
Les recomiendo que se comuniquen directamente con sus bancos, guarden toda la evidencia que puedan, esta fue la única forma que logre despues de 5 meses que hicieran devolución de mi dinero el cual no retornaron completo.

Simplemte inaceptable, en diciembre del 2021 solicité el reembolso de mi reserva, estube preguntando el estado de mi solicitud de reembolso mensualmente y lo unico que me dijeron es que la aerolinea se estaba tardando y que tan pronto tuvieran información me la darían. Hoy depués de más de un año de molestias me dicen simplemnte que la aerolinea rechazó la devolución y que yo tengo que hablar con LAN siendo que la reserva la hice con vayama. Por favor no usen esta plataforma ya que se desentienden de cualquier problema que ocurre. Muy mal servicio.

Por favor sigan las experiencias de otras personas preferiblemente pagar un poco más pero no meterse con este nido de ladrones. Hubiese querido leer antes de hacer mi compra para no haber comprado con ellos, siempre hacen lo mismo juegan con el dinero de la gente como se les da la gan, no den datos de sus tarjetas, no empiecen un dolor de cabeza sin fin donde pueden perder su dinero como muchas personas!
