"TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE"
I had a medical emergency at home and I needed to change my return flight.
First, you can only communicate with them via chat there phone number does not work. To make the change I was charged EUR 228.00 and I was fine with that. However, they would not provide me with a boarding pass or a confirmation number. My gut told me that it was a scam! So, I ended up buying a ticket with another airline. When I reached out again, I was told I would not be refunded the EUR 228.00, again I said then provide with a boarding pass or refund. Finally, after going back and forth I was told that my ticket was never changes and that I would be refunded however, to date I have not received my refund. Also, when asked about a refund the agent sent a screenshot saying that I would not get a refund. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

saludos vayama, soy Nicolás y de manera acomedida solicito la devolución de dinero a mi tarjeta bancaria, el dia martes 28 de febrero intente realizar una compra de vuelos en su plataforma vayama, primeramente al momento de realizar el pago con la tarjeta bancaria de mi padre la transaccion no valido pero si se debito el dinero de la cuenta de mi padre, pero se le devolvio el monto rapidamente en la cuenta de mi padre, a pesar de que no se pudo comprar el vuelo con la tarjeta de mi padre lo volvi a intentar nuevamente pero con la tarjeta de débito bancaria mía, a las 18:27 se realizo el pago con un monto de 1.242, 97 $ donde de igual forma no aceptaron la transacción pero si debito de mi cuenta bancaria, la cuestión a solucionar es que a comparacion de mi padre no me devolvieron el dinero que se debito, de tal manera pido acomedidamente que se realice la devolución del dinero con el monto de 1.242,97$ a la cuenta de ahorros número 2204873214 Banco Pichincha. necesito que por favor me pueda comunicar con una persona en brevedad posible

Booked few flights through their site in past and never had an issue.
My most recent flight was changed by the airline, successfully managed to reschedule another one for free through Vayama live chat within the same day.

Booked trip, cancelled by vayama and was told it was Airlines fault as price changed. Then told I would be refunded between 2 to 10 days, its now 12 days and they are now saying it could be 20 days. Can't rebook until I have refund, shocking treatment as its first ever trip for family to visit relatives since bereavement

hola el dia de ayer compre un tiquete por vayama me enviaron un numero de confirmacion y dijeron que emitiruan el tiquete despues pero acto seguido envian un email diciendo que la informacion de la aerolinea estaba mal y no se habia podido hacer la reserva. el cobro se hizo, debitaron a mi tarjeta de credito el valor del tiquete memphis-bogota. por favor ayudenme contandome si el cobro se los hizo directamente vayama o les aparece de la aerolinea. por que a mi me aparece que el cobro lo hizo LAN.

"Avoid these criminals like the plague"
UK-US return flight booked and paid for my son's girlfriend to fly out to see him in the USA where he is working for a year. 12 hours later a message arrives claiming the airline had given them false information and there were no tickets left at that price, so they would issue a refund which will take up to ten days. They claim they can't do it any sooner because the airline is involved. What pack of lies! Vayama would not have paid the airline if there was no seat available, so there are no third parties involved and they are withholding my money! Why, then, can they not issue a refund immediately? I now do not have the funds to buy a replacement ticket, and my son and his girlfriend are devastated.
To make things worse, there is no way to contact these people by phone and they have not responded to any messages. I notice they do not respond to criticism here - plain evidence that don't want to incriminate themselves further by making up even more lies.
This is an absolutely disgraceful practice and the company should be investigated for criminal activity.
Vayama have ruined Christmas for us and I can never forgive them for the sorrow they have cause my son. You should avoid them like the plague.
