I have been trying to call the customer service FOR THREE DAYS NOW. No one picks up the phone. I want to reschedule or cancel my moms flight due to the global pandemic of Corona virus. She is an elderly person and can't travel during this situation. I am a student, so loosing the refund money or the cacellation fees means lot to me. We called the original airlines and they said 8n order to get refund we need to call Vayama. Since we booked through them. But VAYAMA is just acting AGAINST business policy and not picking up phones or replying to email. WOULD YOU TREAT YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS LIKE YOU ARE TREATING US, IF YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS WERE IN SIMILAR SITUATIONS??????? If we do not get refund we'll be very frustrated. You are putting your business model in danger by loosing people's trust. Remeber money comes and goes, but once you loose people's trust and your reputation it wont ever come back! In this serious situation, when every other conpanies are trying to help people and traveller in every way they can, Vayama is just acting very irresponsibly and adding to people's misery.

Worst agent to deal with. Making people jump through hoops instead of giving full refunds for trips booked to quarantined countries. DON’T EVER do business with them. Many better options.

Ya doljna bila letet 21 marta iz Stambula v Pragu i 27 marta iz Pragi v Stambul. Segodnya mne prishlo soobsheniye iz turkish airlines ob otmene reysa iz za koronovirusa. I oni vozvratili summu bileta v poln razmere. Proshu vernut moi dengi. Nomer moyego bileta 2357446006852

"PEDIDO DE CANCELACIÓN"
Estamos muy preocupados porque viajamos el domingo 22 de marzo y queremos cancelar la reserva debido a las políticas de restricción de los países que visitamos por el coronavirus.
No podemos comunicarnos vía telefónica . Nos responden que tenemos que pedir a la aerolínea y la aerolínea nos dice que Vayama son los únicos responsables para cancelar. El pedido de cancelación se realizo el 14 de marzo y aun no tenemos respuestas concretas. La reserva es VPA-0902757.
Esperamos respuesta.

Unbelievable!!!
I received a message from the airlines telling me that some segments of my flights got rescheduled or cancelled and I will get a full refund of my ticket. To proceed with the refund, I have to contact the agency I bought the ticket from. I can’t reach them through phone and sent them an email requesting the cancellation and my full refund and silence radio. Nobody got back to me. My Booking number: VUS-15732692
Airline reference: JRQTIB.
Please Vayama customer service, refund me my money.

Booked with them to Brazil and now the airlines says we dont have the connection to our final leg in Brazil. Told us to call Vayama and Vayama does not answer phone calls or reply to emails, Flight leaves in 2 weeks and we are hopeless. Worst company ever. STAY AWAY from them

"Absolutely horrendous experience"
Have been trying to contact Vayama customer service since past many days, both, by phone and email. Absolutely no response, whatsoever. I even opted for premium package thinking it might be advantageous to have one in case of date changes/cancellations. Now I begin to wonder what kind of utility the premium package has when they don't communicate.

"NEVER, BOOK THROUGH VAYAMA, Learn from my mistake$$$"
Been trying for days, Like everyone else, but to no avail. They are avoiding their customers AT ALL COSTS, in hopes that we will either give up and just go, potentially risking hundreds to cross-contamination. All most individuals want is to change their flights to a later date, but they ABSOLUTELY refuse to reply in an intelligible manner. Vayama LLC is owned by Travix International BV which will also be given a review, because at some point someone needs to be held accountable for their utter lack of competency or compassion.
