REALICE CANCELACIÓN DE MI TIQUETE A FINALES DE JUNIO Y ES LA FECHA Y NADA QUE RECIBO LA DEVOLUCIÓN DEL DINERO, HE TENIDO QUE LLAMAR EN REPETIDAS OCASIONES, ADEMAS DE MÚLTIPLES CORREOS Y NADA QUE SE REALIZA DICHA DEVOLUCIÓN. POR CORREO ELECTRONICO, POR ESTE MEDIO, POR LLAMADAS TELEFONICAS, DICEN QUE LE DARAN SOLUCIÓN. SE LA PASAN DE DISCULPA EN DISCULPA PERO NO DAN SOLUCIÓN. NECESITO LA DEVOLUCIÓN DE ESE DINERO, MI NÚMERO DE RESERVA ES VCO-1274787 Y DE CANCELACIÓN VCO-1274787/1

I guess it takes months to get hold of some representative to get the issue resolved. Phone are closed due to effect of Virus and no response via email. So basically you are in total mess.

The airline still answers the call, but not Vayama and no intend to resolve the issue for the customer.

I have been calling, emailed Vayama for 2 weeks and still no reply. My flight with ANA has been canceled ( Flight No. NH126), my booking no. VUS-14361316. Please let me know when can I get the refund back. I even bought insurance from you.

Entendíendo que se está viviendo una situación difícil, es muy importante como cliente poder tener contacto con ustedes, y no hay manera de comunicarse, hubo un cambio en el vuelo y gracias a que llamé a la línea aerea me enteré, porque ni un correo recibí para notificarme del cambio.

No customer service at all. Don’t even know what to do anymore, I do know I’m never using these travel agencies again. Totally not worth saving 50 bucks. I’d be all for joining on a collective legal action against Vayama if anyone is interested in going down that route.

Hey, Vayama - my booking number was VUS-11451855. I had to cancel my flight overseas due to the Corona Virus. I cannot reach anyone at Vayama via email or phone to help with this. When you call Vayama, a recording says they are too busy to answer the phone so please contact them via email (and they do not give you the email address to use - you have to search online to find it.) When you email Vayama, you get an email back asking if you really want them to respond to your first email (again because they are really busy). Unbelievably poor customer service. Now I wonder: is Vayama legitimate? Are they interested in continuing as a business? I am contemplating legal action but hate to have to go that route. It would be nice if a human would respond.

Aconsejo NO UTILIZAR!!!! ésta plataforma!!!! Es mejor concurrir a una agencia de viajes o comprar los billetes directamente en las compañías aéreas.

Bought a ticket which is non refundable 'IF I CANCEL MY FLIGHT'..in this case my airline canceled my flight and i believe i should get my money back. I cant get in touch with Vayama over the phone, have sent several emails still no response. That's not the best way to treat your customers.
I knew how your agents were embarrassing me with phone calls before i could buy from you... now that have bought a ticket worth $4000 you wont respond to my call.
I DID NOT CANCEL MY FLIGHT, EMIRATE DID...GET ME MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!!!
