"No response, no customer service, absolutely no help"
I’ve tried calling multiple times with no response, just an automated response saying they will answer through email, then eventually saying all their offices are closed. No response to my emails (booking reference number: VUS-13335336) and so I don’t even know what to do at this point. We were trying to rebook our flight based on the airline’s policy, and now cancel it, but we have just been ignored for weeks now. Horrible service!

buenos dias, estoy sumamente preocupado ya tengo he comprado dos ticket de vuelo piura - cancun ida y vuelta; pero por obvias razones coronavirus es imposible salir de mi pais ( peru) y estoy tratando de comunicarme para cambiar las fechas de viaje y no puedo, ni jaj ninguna opcion y los numeros no responden, envie correos pero solo me llega una notificacion autmatica. mi vuelo es el KUSW-8450828 con fecha para el dia 19 de este mes de marzo del 2020

"The experience with this website has been atrocious"
The experience with this website has been absolutely disheartening. My flight (VUS-15202887) was cancelled by the airline. I contacted the airline which directed me back to Vayama. I emailed and called 5 times, waited on hold for hours. At this point, I am looking for any legal recourse that I have to hold these people accountable for basically stealing my money at this point. I am open to any ideas folks.

Terrible service, confusing insurance policy; It took two weeks for them to get back to me to say I could not get a refund, after paying the additional insurance fee. Ridiculous.

They change cancellation prices without documentation. It took them weeks to respond. They failed to cancel my ticket. I waited on hold for over an hour multiple times before just being disconnected. when I complained via email with a request for a call i was ignored. stay away!

"The airline cancelled our trip"
The airline cancelled our trip, we haven't been refunded, and we can't get a hold of anyone at Vayama to give us our money back. They don't even show that 3 of the 4 flights we booked have been cancelled by the airline. The airline keeps directing us back to Vayama to get the refund squares away and Vayama hasn't reached out to us and has hung up on us twice after we waited on hold for 2hrs.

"Scam website"
Go on Better Business Bureau to see real reviews by authenticated people.This website is a scam. They don't have a functioning customer support, they just send you in a circle to email and call back. They don't allow changes to tickets or cancellations, when I tried they wouldn't allow it and charged me regardless for not even giving me my tickets.

"The Absolute Worst!!!!!!!!!!"
Tried contacting them multiple times to change my flight date because of the coronavirus. Their customer service phone number is not taking calls and there are no responses to my emails. They are flat out ignoring me and many other people who have booked through them. I spent over 1500 dollars of my hard earned money, and they are flat out ignoring everyone! Waste of time and money using this company!!!! Avoid Vayama at all costs!!
Update-I see the comment and you didn't put up an actual link. Vayama still hasn't reached out to me. Crazy how you respond to this review, but not respond to my emails, considering I'm scheduled to leave in a few days and everything is gradually turning into lockdown because the coronavirus is growing! My booking number is VUS-14147267

"If you want to lose money"
If you want to lose money, book your trip through Vayama. The worst customer service. I couln't fly because of Corona virus and they did not respond to to phone calls or email. They just stole my money!
