LG Kühlschrank gekauft,nach 7 Monaten defekt. AO nimmt sich Nix von an,weil man sich vom Deutschen Markt zurück gezogen hat

Ich hatte eine großartige Erfahrung mit AO. Vor kurzem habe ich eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner bei ihnen bestellt, und beide Geräte kamen pünktlich und in einwandfreiem Zustand an. Der Bestellvorgang verlief reibungslos, und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Produkten und dem Service, den AO bietet.

Don’t buy from this company!! They will bully you when things go wrong?!! I had a freezer delivered by AO. These cowboys sent a technician who didn’t know how to fit an integrated freezer. Ultimately the cowboys were rude disrespectful towards my family and could not fit a simple integrated freezer . Eventually they damaged my property and reluctantly accepted legal liability. They are now refusing to meet costs of the repairs, an estimate provided by an independent trader, which they had requested initially. They are treating me like a beggar and are only prepared to pay half of the costs. AO uk has become a bully and are now blackmailing me that they will not pay for the repairs unless i accept their half offer. They want me to contact Retail RDR who are funded by AO and are corrupt… just look at their reviews as they only side up with their paymaster!!dr

Dyson12 slim , I did not say that I used it and was not satisfied. This product is broken. not working. incorrect. Broken product. I do not want to return it. Why do you want me to pay £80 for a defective product? I used 1 time. And not good working. my washing machine and dishwasher are now turned on and both are damaged and scratched. I hope they are working. I regret so much that I bought from you.

Just spoke with Harry at AO. What a lovely guy. Super helpful and extremely polite. One of my items is out of stock but I have been totally reassured by Harry that he will call be back and if the new stock has not arrived he will look for alternatives for me. 5 stars from me.

Appalling service. What has happened to this company? Used to be market leading for service. Order booked and paid for next day delivery. Called at the end of the day and told delivery van broken down - next available date 7 days time!!!
