I went through Zicasso to find a travel agent for a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Italy with my family. There were 2 bids from Italian travel agencies, both of which were excellent choices. I could not have asked for a smoother process, and we got the most amazing Italian vacation.

Please note: For my Italian trip, I don't recall if there was a trip $$ per person per day minimum. I've used Zicasso to request travel agencies for other countries, and for my trip request to Scotland, I could not find an agency that could assist at my budget (due to their trip $$ per person per day minimum).

I recently wrote a lengthy 3 star review of our less than ideal trip to Costa Rica using one of their local tour companies, Travel-Pioneers. I don’t see it posted here or anywhere.

I have planned two trips using Zicasso but haven't taken either one yet; first one is in April. My rating is because they switched platforms and all of the messages back and forth and a ton of information for my first trip has vanished! They have not responded to an email asking how this information can be retrieved. It appears that all communication prior to this system change has been lost. This is distressing and seems very irresponsible in terms of their own contingency planning.
