I can not fault anything from going into the shop, the staff, delivery and the product itself. It is exactly what we were looking for and the staff help us achieve our vision.

We bought all our furniture for our new flat from BoConcept. During this purchase Sheetal Patel from Kingston store helped us to choose the correct colours , sizes and models . She was incredibly capable of using the software which shows the alignment of the furniture we chose.
We are very satisfied and happy with our experience. Sheetal is an extremely talented and experienced lady. Her soft approach and smiley face helps you to calm you down and makes your shopping experience joyful.

My sofa was just out of warranty, but they still sourced the parts from overseas and repaired the fault free of charge. Great service and great goodwill - worth buying an expensive product like this if you have this peace of mind.

Bought dining table and sofa from Manchester. The sofa in the showroom was far more superior quality than the one delivered. That is inherently the problem. The showrooms are stocked with older more robust quality furniture but what is being delivered is poorer quality. The velvet and materials are just not good enough. Very disappointed.

I bought a sofa today in BoConcept in Edinburgh
I had been looking for some time both online and in shops for what I wanted but without success
Then I went to BoConcept …. The lady who served me , Ellen, could not have been more helpful
She was very knowledgeable and when I explained what I was looking for she showed me a selection of sofas which could be customised ,helped with material samples and checked measurements
She gave a date for delivery which is very unusual for furniture purchases
The whole experience was enjoyable and stress free and I left excited at the prospect of a classy new sofa by mid May …..thank you Ellen

"I am completely desperate here!"

I am completely desperate here!
November 2022, I got several items from BoConcept to decorate my house. The items are beautiful and some pieces are of high quality. The sellers offered impeccable service helping to find the right pieces and to decorate the rooms.
However since they delivered the pieces I am having problems. The dining came with a defect and could not be used in its expanded form. It is a simple problem, but BoConcept just can't solve it. The service is totally non efficient, every small problem needs 4-6 weeks to be addressed because the pieces come from DK. But this is not all, they are totally not organised. After months bringing the wrong pieces and do not managing to fix the table, BoConcept decide to replace the entire item. Took weeks and dozens of emails and calls to arrange a date for the delivery of an entire new top of the table . When after a long wait, came the day for the delivering, I got an email that the item was not delivered at the warehouse. Now, nobody knows where the truck is or when the item will be delivered. Nobody calls, nobody answers the emails! My hope now is to keep complaining in this space until they deliver my table!
