"Appalling quality - £2.5k table broke during 1st use!!"

We purchased the extendable dining table - and the first time we adapted the size the nails ripped out of the particleboard! Paid nearly £2.5k for shoddy materials.

Wer einen schönen, schlichten runden Esstisch mit Ausziehfunktion sucht, wird bei Boconcept fündig: Wembley heißt das Teil und der gutgläubige Kunde freut sich über "Design und Funktion", "absolut pflegeleicht". ABER: Finger weg von diesem Tisch, wenn Sie ihn nicht nur anschauen, sondern tatsächlich als Mittelpunkt des Familienlebens nutzen wollen, denn die Oberfläche ist extrem empfindlich. Die Kinder pflücken für Mama Blumen, stellen die Vase auf den Tisch, Tropfen laufen an der Vase entlang (TROPFEN, kein großes Rinnsal, keine Pfütze), sickern in den Spalt auf der Tischmitte - am kommenden Morgen ist die Oberfläche entlang des Spalts aufgequollen, der Tisch somit im Eimer. Boconcept akzeptiert natürlich keine Reklamation wegen "Eigenverschulden". Die Möbel von Boconcept sollen die "Einzigartigkeit" eines Zuhauses fördern? Stimmt: Design das nur zum Anschauen taugt, aber bei normalem Gebrauch sofort kaputt geht - das ist wirklich einzigartig.

Been tricked to buy several boconcept product, couch, bookshelf and table. All products do within a short period of use blemish and start failing. The material seems cheap and furniture is badly designed with several constructional faults. Stay away!!!

If you want a stylish home straight out of Pinterest look no further. Their design and quality is well worth the spend. Not everything costs £££'s though ... Great service too. Something I find very rare in the UK where offering discount overrides a good customer experience.

I have been a customer of BO Concept in the UK for a couple of years and have been happy until now. However, my last purchase has left me very disappointed with them (so much so, I really wouldn't recommend them). I bought two arm chairs that arrived in large, dirty boxes. I had to take them out, attach the legs and dispose of the boxes. The rug that I bought at the same time has a fault and trying to get that replaced is proving an issue. Considering how much BO Concept charges for its' products, the quality and service is just very poor.
