"Great shopping experience and after…"

Great shopping experience and after sales care. Lovely furniture that is highly functional and looks great in our home. However the final quality is not quite as perfect as I would have expected for furniture in this price bracket.

"Great Service from Jess at Guildford Store"

We visited the Guildford branch with a vague idea of what we wanted. After a very professional and pleasant design consultation home visit from Jess, we had a much clearer idea of what would work. Jess' follow-on guidance in store proved invaluable. Nothing was too much trouble for her or her Guildford colleages. We are very pleased with our BoConcept purchases (sofa, sideboard, rug, cushions and artwork). The delivery team were a delight- courteous and polite. Al in all, a great experience.

"Exemplary customer service"

Exemplary customer service. We had an unexpected and unexplained malfunction of a glass coffee table, almost 5 years after we bought it from BoConcept In Fenwicks of Newcastle.
I emailed Calum with some pictures. He immediately offered the original cost of the table as a discount off a new table (they don’t make the same table anymore).
I was genuinely taken aback given the time we’d had the table, but, that’s the level you can expect from BoConcept.

"Spent over £10k but awful service"

Spent over £10k in the Westfield store, service was great but once the order was in the attention began to drift. A rug ordered was delayed to December with all other furniture arriving for 31st October, so we asked to change for something more readily available or cancel it to be told no its not possible despite their own terms & conditions saying it was... they argued the point for a week before conceding and cancelling it. Considering the £10k being spent and the fact it was my rights as per their order terms and conditions - any delay over 6 weeks can be cancelled - you would think they would just be nice and helpful!

The products are fantastic as in the quality, hence choosing BC. The delivery guy was great but unfortunately there was minor delivery damage to the sofa and with the 5 chairs we ordered they only sent 12 bolts rather then the 20 required, so four chairs have been built using 3 bolts each with one chair still sat in its box. Was promised a call from customer services within 48 hours, after 72 hours I called to find out what was going on, nothing had been done yet but they promised to get it prioritised and come back to me within 24-48 hours. Another 72 hours passed, i have to call up again and chase. Then told the bolts have to be ordered from Denmark and can take up to 2 weeks. Its now been 3 weeks and still no sign of the bolts. Natalie in customer services is doing the best she can, I cant blame her, but what I cannot believe is that the store have not bothered to call to offer any help, they have many of the chairs in their stores and could surely offer to remove some bolts to help us have our 4 bolts per chair and build the last one... have called and asked for a manager to contact me numerous times, but never get a call back.

Love the products but the customer service when spending this amount of money is horrendous. In comparison, had a £500 bed from Benson for Beds delivered just after which had an issue, technician sent out 72 hours later, 48 hours later told it needs replacing, given an upgrade to allow me to get a replacement bed within 7 days. I did not chase once, they contacted me the whole way through and dealt with everything. Take note BoConcept, that is what customer service looks like

"Great service from beginning to end"

Had a fabulous experience with BoConcept in Canterbury. We had a great initial reception in store and saw some fantastic furniture, which led to us deciding to go ahead with a design. This was a really strong point of the process as Katie (the designer at Canterbury) really understood what we were looking for, and met the brief not just on paper, but in how it has turned out in practise. Finally, the delivery and installation of our furniture everything was done with great care and attention.

"Bo Concept Manchester"

David and Nikki were very pleasant with communication throughout the process of the interior design service and ordering. A minor manufacturing fault was rectified with the minimum of fuss.

The professional service team arrived on the date agreed and the completed the assembly correctly.
