"New Favourite Home Store"

My experience was with the Manchester branch, and I have nothing but praise for the staff and the service.
The guys in store Alan and David are both very knowledgeable and helped me make the right decision for the sofa for our room.
Have had the sofa for a month now and I really love it, its very comfortable and very well made. The only problem is when I went to the showroom I saw so much lovely furniture I want it all!!
They can expect me back sometime soon :-)

"Great Service throughout"

We recently received our delivery for furnishing our holiday home from BoConcept Manchester store. From our original (on spec) drop in to the store ( we were going to the shop next door but liked BoConcept better) to our design meeting with Alan to the delivery and installation, everything has been fantastic. The installation team were amazing and their product knowledge immense. The products Alan selected with us look fantastic in the space. Will definitely be visiting again!

Thank you to Dev Ramburn, design consultant at BoConcept's flagship store in Tottenham Court Road. He spent nearly 2 hours helping and advising me with the purchase of a Hamptons sofa and footstool. I appreciate the time and the effort he took to really help me get the look I was going for. I highly recommend him personally if you need great help with buying anything from BoConcept!

Bo Concept Manchester.
We travelled far and wide looking for the style of furniture to suit our newly built home. Bo Concept designs fitted the bill perfectly.
We chose the Manchester store for our purchases and virtually furnished the entire house.
We would like to say a big thank you to all the staff, they are amazing! Alan, David and Nicky were a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
We visited the store on numerous occasions and were always made very welcome. We absolutely love all the products we chose, the quality is superb and very reasonably priced for design lead furniture.
We must also say a big thank you to Tony for the delivery and installation. We have this furniture for quite some time now and nothing has needed tweaking or adjusting.
We would highly recommend visiting this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and we will definitely be returning.

"Amazing Customer Service from BoConcept Manchester."

I've ordered a few items over time from various BoConcept stores but I must say the service I received from BoConcept Manchester is by far the best. I've dealt mainly with Alan with a little cross over with David.
Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are so helpful and polite. I live down south but have recently started to re-decorate my holiday home up North with Manchester being the closest store.
I will definitely recommend BoConcept Manchester to anybody, great job and keep up the good work.

Purchased a new house last year and went to BoConcept Manchester to help us furnish it. We used their interior design service which was amazing. David came out and talked us through the process and then basically designed our whole house. Both my partner and I have been back a number of times now for additional pieces and David, Alan and Nikki are always more than happy to help us.
We have original tiling on the floor which is a nightmare and the delivery guys spent an age leveling all the furniture exactly to our very uneven floor!
Very happy with the service provided and shall be recommending the guys at the Manchester store to everyone!

"We recently placed an order for a sofa…"

We recently placed an order for a sofa - emailed the Tottenham Court Road store to see what they could do for us as we had seen a sofa we liked. Within minutes we received a response with designs mocked up - 11pm at night!!

"Unacceptable experience!"

We bough Harvard chair, very expensive, with 10% off as it was ex-display. When we bough the chair as seen and in the working condition, however when it arrived the USB charger was not working and the batteries were not holding the charge and the chair will only reclaim when plugged in. We had service people over to change USB charging point and batteries. Unfortunately the chair would still not recline only when plugged into mains. Customer service would not admit that the chair is faulty and to its the "as with all ex-display items they are sold as seen and are not covered under the same warranty as new items. Due to these reasons your request for a refund has been declined."

So we spend 4K on the chair, PLEASE AVOID. Very poor customer service, looks like they not interested to make customer loyal ....
