Dear Darius - further to your reply I am well aware you do not provide a cleaning service. I only asked for a recommendation on where to get the items cleaned and some advice on what best to use on these stains. None of your staff bothered with these simple requests - choosing instead to either ignore me or summarily dismiss my queries with the bare minimum of advice. Its a pity it had to take a negative Trust Pilot review to get you to even contact me. I requested many times for you to call me back - which of course you ignored. So now I look forward to hearing from the service company. I can be reached @ my email on your system.
I purchased 2 rugs and a couch from BO Concept in Harrods. Whilst incredibly eager to sell this to me, once I received the items the after sales service was dismal. Rude dismissive staff - barely replying emails or returning phone calls. Quite incredible given the amount I spent. And all the information I needed is how to remove stains from a supposed stain friendly couch and carpet. A dismissive "please read the manual/instructions" is what I received. Never again will I purchase from BO Concept. It costs them nothing to help me - try to understand the problem, work out what the issue, feedback to the factory. They could not afford this simple service. PS and the couch and rugs stains badly. Very badly.

"The worst customer service/product availability - Redbrick (Leeds) store"
Purchased a mirror from the Leeds store on the 14/1/18 with a delivery date of 5/2/18. This date passed and no update from the store. Called and spoke to a delivery man who said the date had changed to the 24/3/18. This date passed and still no contact from the store. I called and spoke to the sales person who sold us the mirror. He advised the date had changed again to the end of May. I pointed out the bad customer service due to the lack of communication from him and he just blamed the system and offered us a full refund. As we really loved the product we declined. The mirror was then delivered to our home address even though we had had no communication saying it would be delivered rather than us collecting it in the store? We weren't in when it was delivered due to not knowing anything about it and the product was left with a neighbor which is not ideal for a fragile item! Having read the other bad reviews it seems like BoConcept have a lot of work to do on the customer service department! BoConcept also need to sort their stock problems out, its unacceptable to wait 4 months for a mirror! Even though we got offered 10% compensation we have never received anything!
Rubbish company - lovely products but its really not worth the hassle of buying them!

"Simply brilliant."
BoConcept were brilliant throughout the whole process. From going into the store, with the measurements of the lounge, designing the layout and choosing the style. Which is fair to say took some time with lots of questions asked and answered without hesitation. The delivery went as planned and the delivery men were excellent building and fitting the furniture without any mess. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone if this is your style, it is well worth the money.
Having lived with it a few months I love it even more as time goes on.
