We bought a Monza dining table and some Adelaide chairs from Jess at BoConcept Redbrick Mill. We are delighted with the furniture now it is in place in our house. Jess looked after us very well. The table and chairs were delivered on time and assembled by the delivery team of James and Rick. They also helped me move the old table and chairs out of the house. Great products and great service.

Bought from Boconcept Redbrick Mill. Sofia was very helpful. Have just taken delivery. James and Rick were on time within the hour gap allocated for delivery. They were very friendly and courteous and completed the installation of the sofa quickly and efficiently. All good. The sofa looks fantastic - excellent quality.

"New Kitchen and Living Room Sofa"

2 new sofas purchased in the last 4 months from Redbrick Mill and on both occasions Sofia had some valuable comments to make on the design. Rick and James delivered both, very sociable and tidy. They took extra care last week given the wet snow conditions, even putting their shoes on a cardboard lid so as not to soak my wood flooring! Both sofas look great, love the design and was prepared to pay more for that. Had looked for ages and nothing compared. Hope they will continue to look great a few years down the road. Richard, also love the larger rose teal mirror, but given my recent spend with you, hoping for Sofia to call and offer a discount on it!

"High Quality Great Service"

We visited BoConcept in Sauchiehall Street before Christmas looking for furniture for our new extension. We were just browsing but we got talking to Andrew and he explained that they provided a design service. We gave him the plans and the following weekend we went back and he had designed a great layout for us. We decided to go ahead with this and were thrilled with the results! The furniture is stunning and we couldn’t be happier. The delivery was on time and the guys were brilliant. It’s certainly not cheap but it’s worth it. They even loaned us a sofa while we waited for our delivery.

Jess was lovely in helping me to select and order the rug initially too, following up with a courtesy email. Wanted to leave 5 stars but a technical problem on website means it will only allow me to select 4 stars after numerous attempts! Excellent service 👍🏽

The service received from Rick and James was outstanding. To my surprise Rick not only assembled the furniture he also hung the bookcase on the wall. Rick suggested where it should go and took extra case removing the TV etc. to gain access to the space needed. When he assembled the coffee table he made sure all edges were squared and all hinges worked properly. I would highly recommend BoConcept UK; the sales team are excellent and should there be any issue with an item received, Richard, the owner will make it right. You can't go wrong purchasing from them.
