The instore experience was great but the delivery was really disappointing.
We waited 8 weeks for our 4 key furnitures and on the day of delivery find out that it is a split delivery and all the products haven't arrived. No one informed us about it and when asked they said there is further 2 weeks delay. Not acceptable.

I bought the Stockholm sofa bed meant for long term sleeping for my studio flat over 3 years ago. I have been very happy sleeping on it. There was an issue with it this March 2017 and the sofa wouldn't close anymore properly, one side sticking out.

I called BoConcept in London expecting to pay for a repair as the sofa was out of warranty by 1 year. No, the agent said they would organise something for free. As the model I bought wasn't the latest, they in fact had to order a new part from the factory in Denmark, free of expense to me. We then scheduled a day that worked for me for an engineer to drive down from London and do the repair. It took 20 mins so I gave him a bottle of nice wine :). No problem since then.

I was worried to call them for help when I read some poor reviews here and pleasantly surprised that I had the opposite experience. Two other ladies (Michelle and Nathalie) kept me up to date by phone and emails during the wait for the part to arrive and booking the engineer. I really couldn't have asked for better customer service on this issue.

Very pleasant company to work with and the sales assistant in Guildford understood our needs perfectly, helping to design the sofa we needed. BO's own delivery/assembly guys were very pleasant and courteous, built all the furniture (faster than I could have done) and removed all rubbish, taking it with them when they left. I will definitely be revisiting BO Concept when we are looking for more furniture. I know you pay for quality, but in this case you really do get quality.

We went in to the shop to look at a coffee table we'd seen online, but didn't like it as much in the flesh. The sales guy pointed us towards something else, once we described what we wanted, and it was perfect. Don't know how we didn't spot it on the web site - it was there.

They threw in free delivery and assembly which was much appreciated, and all arrived exactly as it was supposed to. At the last minute, I wasn't able to be at home when it was due to be delivered but they were happy to use the key I left in a safe space, so when I got home a couple of days later I had a lovely new coffee table. Perfect!

Lovely sofa, whole process was ok in terms of ordering and confirmation of delivery, and the delivery staff were absolutely fantastic in getting it up the stairs (which involved dismantling it), but only when they'd done so did they ask whether anyone in the store had offered me a site visit if i was concerned about access for a larger item of furniture...to which the answer is no!
