Great team good service and value for money. I bought a sofa at the Harrods concession, they were patient, professional and very helpful. The assembly of the sofa was quick and efficient. They could improve the time slots available I was offered either a full morning or afternoon - I had to take a half a day off work to take delivery of my order.

I am delighted with the sofa I bought from BoConcept. It is just what I had imagined it to to be. It is firm,very comfortable and elegant. I was greatly impressed with the helpful and friendly service I received when I visited the shop.
The staff who delivered the sofa assembled it on site efficiently and quickly.

The Design consultant we used from the Tottenham Court Rd branch was super helpful and useful. He understood our brief and came up with a great design plan for our new house. He also visited the house at the start and during the delivery and build to ensure everything was right and placed correctly. Definitely worth the time, effort, and investment

"Experience in a shop vs experience with the customer service"

Experience in the shop was not so smooth to be franked. I waited 2 weeks before the get a quotation. I went to another shop, the sales person was nice however the manager did not dare to leave his computer screen when she asked him something. However the team that settled the furniture was awesome as the system to book the date and the team over the phone.

We absolutely love BoConcept! We use the London Finchley Road store.

Bought pretty much our whole flat's worth of furniture from them (although used the interest-free credit option to pay for it over 2 years), and it is such good quality and interesting furniture. We also just bought some accessories - a big mirror, cutlery, plates, bowls and mugs - from them and they are already talking points for guests.

The personal interior design service is just excellent, and all the guys in the Finchley Road shop are so lovely. When we get a bigger house, I'm sure we'll be back for even more :)

Comfortable sofa which is stain-resistant and unfolds easily to a good-sized and comfortable bed in one move without having to remove cushions. Looks good too!
