"Excellent Service"
Although this was not my first BoConcept purchase it was my first visit to the Newcastle store, and I was not disappointed.
The staff were extremely helpful and professional.
During my visit I purchased several items with the help of Richard and Emma.
I have always been very happy with my items in the past and look forward to many more visits.

"Long delivery time, poor customer service, spammers"
Begining of June 2017: Saw coffee table in store at London Tottenham Court Road. A few days later, the table is missing from the web site, despite being in the current collection and not discontinued, I therefore called the store to place the order. I was told the store will call me when the order is ready for collection. I asked not to receive any marketing of any type.
9 June: received order paperwork.
July: I receive SMS marketing messages, as well as emails. I follow the unsubscribe link in the emails (would you ever send the text "STOP" to an unknown sender from an unsollicted message? I don't.)
21 July: I called the store myself (6 weeks after ordering) as still not received any phone call to tell me the order is ready for collection. I was told the order is ready for collection. So they didn't call me and the product took 6 weeks to arrive. On that phone call, I ask again to stop receiving all marketing, including SMS and email.
28 July: another SMS marketing.
End of July: I collect the item in the store. I ask again to be removed from marketing lists.
August: I continue to receive marketing emails.
8 September: I email support and shop to be removed from their marketing lists again, invoking Data Protection Act laws.
18 September: still no reply, I email again, invoking negative reviews.
18 September: first reply from BoConcept, they are investigating and will get back to me.

We bought a sofa from the Tottenham Court Road store in London and received fantastic service. The Carlton sofa arrived after 6 weeks as expected and looks beautiful in our living room.

habe am 23.Jan 2017 ein Sessel bestellt. Bis heute 12.9.2017 können sie mir nicht sagen, wenn der Sessel geliefert wird!!. Ich werde ganz bestimmt keine weitere Möbeln dort kaufen.

"Boconcept Chichester"
It's a rarity to receive top notch service in the UK but when it's good I do like to share. Boconcept in Chichester is my latest place of excellence. A beautiful store with warm and friendly staff. Nothing is a problem. Cleary well trained and well managed. Congratulations to all who work there.

"Great quality and style"
Great quality and style. Customer service in each of the stores I've been in has been great. Recently went to the Glasgow store and this was no exception. Bought some lovely new cushions to go with our Boconcept sofas and living room furniture and they're great quality and reasonably priced. I'm surprised st some of the negative reviews here but my experience has been outstanding.

"Ordered two sofas"
Ordered two sofas, the leather sofa was lovely and comfortable but the fabric sofa turned up really stained and dirty. I discussed this matter with the company they didn't take any responsibility and left it at that. What's happening to customer service???

"I spent around £5k on furniture for the …"
I spent around £5k on furniture for the living room. One item was an Occa walnut veneer bookcase. After 3 weeks of mounting it on the wall, following the instructions given, it came crashing off the wall. The thin walnut veneer covered cheap chipboard gave way under the weight and the bookcase now unuseable and luckily missed anyone when it came crashing down. I too have contacted Bo Concept about this but not even had the courtesy of a response hence the 1 star for a badly made, potentially dangerous item and no customer service at all.

"Style but no substance..."
In October I spent over £10,000 with BoConcept on a Sofa, chair and TV unit. Everything going well until delivered and the TV unit was faulty. The delivery men assured me that this would be sorted and that Bo Concept would sort all of this out shortly. Despite me having to continuously chase BoConcept, it's now 10th February and the problem still isn't sorted despite numerous assurances. Beware the flashy showroom and sales patter but appalling customer service/ after sales care. I wouldn't buy from them again purely based on their shocking customer service, let alone quality of products! Avoid, unless you like chasing your tail...
