Support in helping us totally redesign our living room & dining area was fantastic. The functional design of all the pieces is excellent. We particularly love the dining table with the central plinth (no obstructive legs), extending mechanism (not only looks good but wows guests because its so cool) and its subtly rounded edges meaning no sharp corners for little heads (grandchildren) to bump into.
The quality of the product could not be higher, we completely "leathered" up with two tan sofas and the grey leather option for the dining chairs. we anticipate that this furniture might outlast us!!
The fitting staff were superb. They identified faults with the signature piece (a sideboard in walnut) which we could not see at first glance but their demand for high quality in making sure the final product was nothing less than excellent, meant that they gave us massive confidence in what we were buying.
Loved the design support, which meant that we were able to go through the colour, finish and design options prior to buying.
There were a couple of hitches but the after sales service was nothing less than excellent.

The sales consultants have a good understanding of what you're trying to achieve with your room and will take the time to go through a number of configurations before making sure you're happy. The delivery and after-sales service is excellent.

Poor quality media unit furniture that came apart at the seams and arrived with a chipped top. BC offered to replace and then tried to deny consumer rights when we asked for a refund instead. Were told a 'Director' would call us, but no contact until we asked for the refund. Had the cheek to tel us they would only refund as a matter of courtesy as it 'wasn't their policy'.
