Very pleased with the lamp, I purchased. Would have liked clearer instructions on the type of bulb to be purchased though.
The assistant in the Guildford store was pleasant and helpful, not only then, but with follow up questions about the bulb. The delivery chap went out of his way to help, when he realised my husband was disabled. So all in all a very satisfactory experience and I would certainly recommend this company.

We had the distinct pleasure of visiting the new Bristol store for the first time this past Saturday. The attention, service, communication and polite manner that we encountered was exemplary and beyond ! The staff had gone well above and beyond normal service to ensure that the couple of items that we required were sourced, ordered and acquired in a most expedient manner and ready and waiting for us to pick up on our arrival.
The new store was a joy to wander around in, light, bright with the lovely products of BoConcept tastefully displayed for ease of viewing. The products really just speak for themselves however the most outstanding aspect of our experience lies with the Staff.
From our first contact with store owner Brett and his excellent assistance in seeing that our needs were met to perfection, to his superb Team ... Liam, who kept us informed at all times to the status of our order and on arrival was a gracious and knowledgeable host in introducing us to the store and products ... Store Manager Jasmine was engaging and made her assitance easily available and the other very pleasant and helpful young lady (whose name we sadly didn't get) who was most willing to answer any questions that we had ... it is this group of delightful individuals who made our experience exceptional.
Bristol is most fortunate to have BoConcept back but even more so to have such an incredible group of people who are genuinely ready, most willing and very able to assist in every way they can !
We very much look forward to our next visit !

"Great furniture with costumer service to match!"

We had very good service at the Kingston showroom. We were assisted by interior designer Olivia who patiently mocked up our sitting room with the pieces we thought of getting. As our mock-up was not too accurate, we had to cancel some pieces as we thought the space might get too crowded. The cancellation was dealt with soothly and they even kept the discount rate that was on at the weekend, despite the order being changed after it ended.
Had the delivery and assembly today with Robert and Billy. They were both efficient, friendly, and very professional. They had to partyly disassemble the sofa due to a tight corner but this was done and re-assembled confidently and with no qualms.
The pieces are as expected based on the showroom. Durabilty remains to be seen but the over all experience has been fantastic so far. Very refreshing!
