"Lacks good customer service.."

Good customer service whilst making a purchase but awful thereafter. I tried to phone the distribution centre on Saturday morning as I had a delivery on Monday. I wanted to say I wouldn't be available for the first 2 hours of a 5 hour delivery slot as I had an emergency with a relative. There's no one there on a Saturday and there's no answerphone. I therefore sent 2 emails. An attempt was made to deliver my sofa on the Monday, no card to say anyone had called but had a message on my answerphone that I couldn't really understand. The distribution centre were shocking in their response. The tone was not what you'd expect from a company that you had made a purchase from of £2000. Then £50 to redeliver and not for around 5 weeks. They said they hadn't received my email. I then spoke to the store and finally the distribution centre phoned me back talking about my email (which they had said previously they definitely didn't receive). I was then advised that someone had spoken to my wife and we didn't want to get the furniture re-delivered on the same day. I don't have a wife and live on my own. I had spoken to them and said could they still deliver on the same day as the furniture was already loaded on to the van. Shockingly bad and I definitely won't make another purchase from this company.. Up side the sofa arrived and it's beautiful but not a good experience

They even put me in contact with someone to remove my old furniture, that needed to go through the window (due to it size and the tight hallway)

We bought a dining set - and somehow the order got confused (we got what we had ordered but hadn't ordered what we had wanted) and so the chairs arrived with the wrong colour fabric. I was SO impressed with how Emma at BoConcept in Fenwick, Newcastle, simply sorted the problem for us and arranged for new chairs to be ordered and delivered. The quality of the finished set is super. I'm so proud of how our dining space now looks. No hesitation at all in recommending this company.

We purchased 6 Adelaide swivel chairs and a Bordeaux Console unit fro the Manchester Bo Concept. - Today they have been delivered and we are really really happy with all the products.

The chairs look amazing and the console is beautiful, perfect for the space we needed it for. All the products are of very good quality and defiantly worth waiting for !


Tony and Niki delivered assembled and put all the furniture in place - assembly was carried out in a very professional manner - with the upmost care and consideration, not only for the products, but for floors walls etc.

Everything - from ordering to delivery has been professional, efficient and nothing seemed to much trouble.
