"I bought a walnut round table and four…"

I bought a walnut round table and four chairs which were delivered in May 18. About 3 months later i noticed the underside of the chairs had some damage and the legs where they touched the base of the table were also showing signs of damage. The worse thing for me is that I don't use the furniture daily, I don't have children so how on earth did they get damaged? I blamed the cleaner, but a year on and the cleaner being sacked, I decide to open up the table. I bought an extendable table. The way the furniture has been finished is poor. The table has a now got a very small dent in it. The chair had a small mark from niece, and bearing in mind I am so careful and precious over the furniture, when tried to clean it it has left a small mark. I paid for scotch guard, will speak to customer services but I am not expecting much. All I can say is either buy Ikea or buy Italian/German. I bought some Italian furniture 15 years ago spent similar money and it is absolutely fantastic. I so wish I had suck with Italian or German, this stuff is expensive Ikea. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Needless to say I won't bother to go there again and certainly would never buy there stuff again.

Excellent service from store when ordering our two Fargo sofas and very pleased with available options and quick lead time. We were given good advance notice of delivery date and on the day we were called about 40 minutes before arrival. The delivery team (unfortunately we don't recall their names) were extremely courteous and efficient and they could not have been more helpful and obliging. They ensured everything was checked over and positioned to our complete satisfaction. 10/10 !

I had a great experience with BoConcept. I was so indecisive about choosing a dining table and chairs for my living room. The Events & Business Manager / Design Consultant, Serene jumped in to help when I visited the store in Battersea. I showed Serene a picture of my living room and she helped me pick the furniture and look. She filled me with confidence that the choices I went for would look really good and even got in touch a few days later to suggest some alterations that she also thought might work. I absolutely love the pieces I went for and my living room looks really great. I didn't have long to wait for delivery and the assembly team were also really good.

We have used for dining and lounge furnishings and the coordination of design from the team has been invaluable in getting a great finished look for our room. Great quality furniture range and Would recommend to those looking for the minimalistic look.

I think the real measure of Service from a company is the aftercare. We had an unfortunate accident with our sofa and David and the team have gone above and beyond to support us. I couldn't ask for any more and I now wouldn't go anywhere else for my next sofa and home furnishings. Outstanding.
