"Guildford store, a big thank you!"

We have been customers of the Guildford store since 2014 when we had our open plan family room designed by the amazing Alejandra. At the time we bought an extendable table with 6 chairs, sideboard, corner sofa and coffe table. All was delivered and put together by the very efficient team and 5 years down the line it all still looks like new. The furniture is perfect for the room and we get asked all the time where we bought it.
Fast forward to 2019 and we decided to change all the furniture in the lounge. We did that room ourselves and we purchased everything from somewhere else. The room in the last 5 years has hardly been used for two reasons: it’s a big room and it doesn’t feel cosy, and we love the family room so much we spend all our time in there.
We decided to go back to the Guildford stores and luckily Alejandra is still there. Needless to say she designed the lounge as well and our delivery arrived a couple of weeks ago and the lounge now looks stunning! It’s perfect and our friends all said how amazing it all looks. Again all the pieces we have fit just right and the room now looks stylish and modern whilst at the same time very cosy. Alejandra has a real talent and she listens to what we like/not like and finds the perfect pieces for us to reflect our personalities which is what every single friend of ours said. This time we bought two sofas, two chairs, two sideboards/units, one bookcase/shelving unit, two large coffe tables, two small coffe tables.
I wish I could attach a picture to this review to show how wonderful it all looks. We are so happy, a big thank you and very well done to the super talented Alejandra.

"First purchase at BoConcept - Good, very good."

Very helpful design concept assistance. Full explanation of suitable products from BoConcept range. Efficient and knowledgable staff.
The prices were at the higher level. I was a bit surprised that the sales/ show room area was not larger to display more product.
Delivery and installation dates were agreed and attained exactly by BoConcept.
The installers communciated there time of arrival very precisely and arrived on time. Chris and Craig, the installers were super efficient, extremely practical and precise. They also explained the workings of the units and the installation and assembly was very, very good.
It exceeded my expectations.

Can't praise the staff at the Edinburgh Rose St store and the delivery/assembly team of David K and William enough.
From our initial visit through to choosing our furniture the store staff provided us with excellent information and were even happy to move their display items around to let us see how they looked together.
The delivery team arrived exactly when they said they would, were courteous and knowledgeable and left us with fully assembled and positioned furniture and a completely tidy room.
We are delighted both with the furniture and the overall level of service.

I was looking for stylish furniture for my apartment and Bo Concept did not disappoint. On my first visit to Princes Square, Glasgow, I was met by Tobias, Design Consultant, who arranged to visit my home and plan out the space I was looking to fill. He was extremely courteous, professional and could not have been more helpful. The installation team, David K and William, were fantastic. On arrival, they were very professional, friendly, and efficient and ensured my new furniture was put together, checked over and positioned to my complete satisfaction. I absolutely love it!

Fitters (Craig & Chris) were thoroughly pleasant and efficient from the outset. They noted that we have young children and went over and above to ensure the furniture was not only impeccably put together but also throughly secured. They also hoovered and cleaned the room once they were finished - all in all very impressed by the quality of service.
